Ken
Hi Dutch. Just a thought. Have you tried "clearing the cache"? More than just a few times, I've solved "weird" XP problems by "clearing the cache". To do this: On any explorer page, click the tab "tools", then click "internet options". Under the "General Tab" click "Delete Files" and then tick (put a checkmark) the "Delete offline content". Then click "ok". When it finishes, try your IE again.
thailand_property_search
Go to the start menu and open the run dialogue. Type in: "SFC /scannow". This will check a lot of the system files and replace corrupted ones. Your update was quite a while ago and if you are only experiencing it now it is likely something you have installed recently (or someone has i.e your g/f .
