AyG Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 Am I right in thinking that commission rebates within a QROPS are now subject to UK income tax, and that the tax deducted can't be reclaimed? Specifically this is for a Guernsey QROPS with the investments held in a GIA within a UK wrap account. Link to comment
