Hello good people of Chiang Rai

Are there any photographers amongst you good folk? did you know that there is a Photography Forum on TVF?

I warmly invite you all to come and have a look for yourselves,and hopefully share your own images of Thailand.

We have many topics running at this time,varying from fun topics to more serious photographic genres!

It does not matter what level of photographer you are – currently we have the full range from “happy-snappers” right up

to seasoned professionals: the fact is that we all support each other and can offer friendly positive criticism and support.

There really is no need to worry if you are “good enough” – everyone starts somewhere.

Just a random set of recent photos from our members.

Also for the ornithologists amongst you,we have a special thread dedicated just for you.

Come on over folk,share you own photos,or just drop by and enjoy the images of our photo forum members,

see something you like..maybe even hit the like button.I am sure that our members would appreciate it.

How many of those photos are of Chiangrai.

A simple look at this forum would have shown it has some exceptional photographers on it and has had for a long time.

There is a thread called Images of Chiang Rai. But you might say that more than half of those photos are not up to your standard... Well, you may just have to sift through the photos to get to the better ones...

What I am here for is to see if any people/photographers on this forum would like to come over to the photography forum and have a

look around,hopefully share some of their photos with us.Also,we don't have 'standards' just people of all levels of photography.

VF I just love the way you get so much depth and clarity in your shots. almos 3d !. I only have a very basic shooter and the only "equipment" I have is an old tripod with a wonky leg !!! But hey it is still fun and I get to enjoy all the marvelous talent on TV.

Thank you +bundycat for your kind and generous words. Though I have taken a few photos over the years and have received over three and a half million page views on Google+, I don’t really see myself as a “photographer”. As with so many other things in my life, taking pictures was just an offshoot of other interests. It is not something I have studied, pursued for profit or taken very seriously.

And yes, I do have a sweet tooth, though I have reduced my sugar intake dramatically of late.

Quite partial to a lolly myself.....and .....errrmm......bundycat,better make sure you have one for Ron,because I believe that sunset pic was his.

VF,some people just have a natural talent for taking photos,and you are one of them!

oops you are very right Shaggy .. sorry Ron ...I will be in CM on 3 June and then to CR for two weeks..can we catch up and I can bring some lollies. I own "Penny Farthing Sweets" in York West Aus and I visit LOS as often as possible. My sister lived in Ao Chalong for 15 years, she is now in the Carribean on her floating house . I have travelled extensively around SEA and keep coming back to Thailand...

Trip of last week Chiang Rai to Pakbeng and Luang Prabang Laos off road 1.100 km

enter in Chiang Khong and come back in Thailand from Nan province.

i made for one thai firend that work with tourist and own travel agency.

Nice video that you made there,am sure that you also have some nice stills/photos.

You and everyone are more than welcome to come over whenever you want,share you photos

or just come for a look at what the other members have shared.
