Whatever happened about the Bosch communicators

The last I read was that the purchase invoices were being reviewed for discrepancies, and then everything seemed to get swept under the carpet (no surprise there). As it was one of the first issues confronted by the new "government", one would have thought it would have been researched with "transparency", a term that seems t be bantered around quite a bit. Of course, transparency can range from invisible to opaque.
