Is it possible to do such an "upgrade"?

Hello,

My Thai colleague has MS office 2007 in Thai on her notebook. I do have the 2013 version in English and upgraded my own version, which was/is in English.

As far as I remember, i have the option just to upgrade from 2007 to 2013. But would that be possible with a Thai version of this program?

Any advice is wanted and would be deeply appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance. wai2.gif

I think 2013 is much better. It's much easier to do text wrap, you can insert videos, better alignment guides, easier headers and footers... I think it's also much more intuitive. It is the third update since 2003 and the second since 2007.

I don't know LII. I would prefer to uninstall 2007, reboot, use CCleaner to clean the registry of it and do a clean install of 2013. CCleaner (free) will also uninstall 2007 for you.

Thanks a lot, I did install various programs, Spy Hunter, Kaspersky, the Uninstaller, etc..

The problem is that I don't have the 2013 MS office in Thai. The command language has to be in Thai. But I could get the 2013 version from a friend who's got a computer shop and do the update.

Might be the easiest way, works well without uninstalling. Did that on four machines before.

It looks like the Thai language pack is US$24.99. I would get that and slipstream it into the installer and burn a new DVD. Slipstreaming isn't all that hard once you move the install files to a HDD where you can edit. You have to burn a new bootable DVD.

But if you have access to it already in Thai...

Thanks, mate. Yep, I only need to take my memory stick and go to my friend's shop. My wife invites some ghosts and make it genuine. Life's good.
