aorkid
Hello All, I'm just filling in a VAF2 form for a settlement visa and have a question. In section 7 is asks about previous visa applications. The last visa we applied for was a vv and were successful but the vv application prior to this was turned down. In sections 7.9-7.15 it asks about the 'previous' application so does this mean they just want to know about only the last application which was successsful or the unsuccessful attempt before as well? the scouser
The embassy will be aware from their own records that your wife has previously been refused a visit visa, so declare this in section 7 and, in the additional information box, you can state that despite the refusal, a visit visa was subsequently granted, with which your wife complied. Cheers, Scouse.
