But for a Thai wanting to do this? in most cases the requirements are the same ie THB 2.0 million capped Ltd company and 4 X Thai employees, don't see how you can differentiate between a farang wanting to do it and a thai wanting to do it as with few exceptions a company cannot be 100% farang owned and the majority shareholder is Thai with a 49/51% split Edited June 14, 2015 by Soutpeel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
