Hello,

yesterday I used MAILBOXES ETC shop to send a Parcel from BKK to Phuket. After 1 day the tracking code still does not show up in the system. Is this normally? I also wondered that they use Thai EMS tracking code. So probably they just bring the box to the next EMS station right? Employee told me that the parcel will arrive Monday, so tomorrow. I know EMS postal center is closed on Saturdays after 12 P.M and Sundays, is it possible that my tracking does not show up because they didn't bring it to EMS yet and it will most likely not happen before tomorrow? So now it is still in Bangkok?!

Ok, I was right. Tracking code showed up today in the morning at exactly 9 A.M when the next EMS postal station opened. Parcel is still in Bangkok. I am dissapointed about MBE staff. She lied to me. She must have known that the Parcel would never arrive today.

MBE sucks. But then again so does the Thai postal system in general.
