I have lost my credit card and need to get a new one sent from the UK

Does anybody know the quickest way to send a letter from the UK to Thailand

Thanks

Assuming you want to avoid the expense of FedEx or similar I would go with Royal Mail, International Signed-for. Stands a good chance of arriving without breaking the bank, takes 1-2 weeks.

All the usual caveats about concealing the real content of the envelope still apply of course.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I asked my pension ompany for a copy of my P60, it was here within 4 days! Certainly wasnt expecting that as I live well outside Bangkok.

DHL letter is pretty good usually, delivery should take 2-3 days. It's not cheap but if you want it in a hurry you will get it. You can send DHL packages from stores like Staples.

I get someone to tape the card / cards inside a small book like one of those promotional type diaries companies give away at the end of each year and then mail it as 'documents only' for the customs declaration with a value of zero.

I mail letters to the UK AIR MAIL tskes usually 5-8 days

International signed for. Hide the card between the insert of a suitable CD case.

I just had a card sent by the royal mail with tracking it took 5 days and cost 8 pound

As Crossy said, go with Royal Mail Registered, never let me down in 12 years.
