I'm thinking of leasing 2 bedroom Belle Grand Rama 9 Condo starting next month. Members, any feedback or insightful information regarding Belle Grand Rama 9 Condos?

Been there a few times. I really like the place. The 2 br apartments have a nice shape to them, which can limit space a bit but also makes them feel a bit more interesting than a boxy apartment. Location is good as it is right next to Central Rama 9 and the MRT. The mall underneath the building is 'so so'. Few restaurants, and a muay thai gym inside but you will most likely do all your shopping at Central Rama 9. It is only another 2min walk away.
