Non Immigrant B Visa Question

Hi there!

Could someone plz tell me exactly what kind of documents I need to obtain from my company in order to apply for a non immigrant b visa at the Thai Embassy?

I am curently here on a tourist visa. I don't want to make a visa alteration here since I'll be traveling outside Thailand anyway.

I keep hearing about WP3 letter, which consulates require it, should I have it? (Company wanting to employ me is well established and respectable)

Also are there still any Thai consulates in the pacific rim region issueing 1 year multi-entry non b visas?

Any chance for it in Hong Kong, Singapore?

Every Embassy/Consulate requires different documents. Best to state where you want to travel.

Here are a few...Penang, Cambodia, Laos ( in some cases), Stockhom, Los Angeles

Does this imply that normally, I could get a 1 yr Multiple Type-B from Vietnam if I already have a WP? Even if I don't have 3 months of PND 01 yet?

You have to understand that personal changes at Embassies/Consulates and hence different interpretations of the laws. However as of right now, this is all that is needed.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like I will be opting for 3 months Non-Im B in Kuala Lumpur.

I'd be very greatful if someone could tell me which company documents are required by them.

Copy of corporate documents; 1) list of shareholders 2) business registration and business license 3) company profile( affidavit page) 4) details of business operation( company objectives) 5) Value-added tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20) All must be signed and stamped with seal.

Invitation letter from employer.
