Barney_the_Dinosaur
www.rd.go.th/vrt This resource explains it all....remember, get your PP10 stamped by customs BEFORE you go through passport control. And the refund is only available from purchases at shops displaying the blue "VAT refund for tourists" sign. If you are Thai, you can't qualify, but if you're foreign and living in Thailand, you still can.

I told I live all the time outside, he looked at my passport (just the picture, not any visas and stamps) and I got a refund from Austria. Actually if you are Thai and living in Farangistan all the time there should be also a way, or not?
