Could someone tell me which website is best for women searching for other women. I am asking on behalf of a friend. His wife is bisexual and would like to meet other women but she is a very typical shy Thai women and my friend has asked me how to go about it but I also have no idea.

This is a genuine inquiry, please don't add silly or disrespectful comments, if I knew how to help those who came to me I would not be asking such a question on this forum.
