jamesbrock
Was Khun Nirawat implying that the legislature needs to draft all laws related to the national reform strategy, then the new Constitution is put into effect before the 32,000 tons of garbage can be seen to? Or did he simply ignore the residents' concerns and stick to his script?
Caveat Emptor
The NLA needs to hear opinions from people around the country so does that mean any opinion or just those they want to hear ? People are only too well aware of the consequences of speaking out unless it's the authorized and acceptable version.
