I've recently had a colonoscopy at a leading hospital in Chonburi. I initially received a package price and agreed to this understanding that there would be additional charge for biopsy if they removed polyps, and for any home medicines. However, the final bill was 36K+ as against a package of 19K. Additional charges included laxative drugs (800), and the OR equipment used to cut the polyps (6600). Before I take it up with the appropriate department, anyone out there give me guidance?
