It appears fully vaccinated people are no more protected from catching the virus or passing it on.There are millions not vaccinated who may wish to visit here. will they be banned from coming forever? Time to drop the stupid mask rules.

and also, do we have any friends, members in Nakhon Ratchasima who could assist and visit the poor boy.
Good on you for caring to help. I hope it catches on.

i have gone all over the net to learn how to make tea .Nothing Tried chewing it still nothing. For sale now at many intersections at 50 baht for around 15 leaves. Enough for tea. I sun dried it for two days then put it through A blender. instructions say many things but most say do not boil it just let it steep in hot water. for me No reaction. I was looking to help relax before sleep. But... Nothing??

It is meant to prevent children from getting alcohol after school and before their parents arrive home from work. Not reality but it was the reason.
So how many --Children - have fake I D? Just stupid.

They do it because it's stupid. For some reason this govt likes stupid rules that make no sense. Going to a restaurant at 2pm and wanting a cleansing ale is for some stupid reason illegal. It loses money for the restaurant and loses tax revenue for the government. Tourists just shake their heads at this kind of nonsense. Everyone knows you can get booze on any corner from small shops. Say it isn't stupid?

All those people are now vaccinated. The remaining recalcitrants need the proverbial stick applied applied to their nether regions to bring them into line with what the community expects of them. If they still choose not to be vaccinated it's absolutely time for ostracism. No access to any public areas including gyms, cinemas, shopping centres, condominiums. They can live like lepers outside the city areas and buy their food at designated roadside stalls. No further extensions to any type of visa's to the unvaccinated needs to be implemented ASAP.
you would make one hellava dictator.

They just wont stop dreaming. There is sweet F A to attract the very wealthy who have the whole world at their fingertips. These tourism clowns think all the millions of former visitors came for the beautiful culture and beaches which are readily available in many countries.. . Are they blind or just stupid? Millions came for the fun fun of people watching enjoying crowded markets, Abundant street food , vibrant night life . Sure girls and parties. But they have taken the fun out of Thailand with moving markets, changing rules about what you can and cant do anymore in some attempt to make it a place just for families. The super wealthy will not tolerate the smog the burning season or the rampant corruption and lack of any semblance of democracy. They will not bring their wealth to a country they cannot trust. Sadly It is no longer the land of smiles with so many poor trying just to survive. Of course the elite who never leave Bangkok have no idea of the hardships of the rural poor and flood devastated rice framers. Instead of dreaming up nonsense schemes to attract the rich how about dreaming up things to make people happy . Cut the rules and red tap.e. Make it a welcome mat for middle class expats . Charge a small levy on arrivals to give expats insurance cover to pay hospital expenses instead of health insurance only the rich can afford . If everyone has 800 thousand baht in the bank make them use that to pay medical costs When it runs out use the levy fund until the expat has to leave the country.
In spite of my rant i am very happy here and surrounded by many Thais who still know how to smile.

There always has been new strains and allways will be. some worse than others but over the centuries 99% of them are beat by your normal human immune system. No way will i take some untested experimental drug. Over 8 decades i have survived swine flu, bird flu ,equine flue bat flu dengue fever and three marriages .I suspect I have survived many more virus attacks it;s just no one named them.

Further proof that no one knows jack about this whole pandemic .I will ride it out while others make billions from it.

I wrote a whole screed about what is bad about being an expat here .But i scrubbed it in case we are being monitored. Suffice it to say there are zillions of places for the rich better than here without all the down sides.

Makes it easy.
So do you drop it off and pick up from agent. Guess it's easy if they are handy.
Given that's it ok to have someone do your 90 report, I'm surprised that it's not even more readily available and used.
15 minute drive to agent.with passport. pick up passport whenever convenient.

Sure, the OP could use online reporting in some parallel universe, but the vast majority of the time since last November the site, along with the mobile app (which when it does work, wrongly shows overstay, inexplicably), is down.
In person works, I've never trusted the mail method, I've used a service in recent months, as going to Muang Thong Thani imm office takes the whole day going and coming and hundreds of baht transit, just not worth it.i pay agent 1500 baht a year and never go to immigration could never get on line to work.

How many children will go hungry waiting for things to get better? How many more suicides by the desperate and destitute?Forcing children to learn from home. No mention of how people are expected to pay for a television, a computer or pay for the monthly account. No mention of homes without power.Just more empty blah blah blah by this clown.
Keep the panic going in order to keep control.
