  1. I thought more along the lines of that he's the lowest form of life to hold a conference like that for his own gain and points scoring.
  2. Says a lot. To appreciate a leader who goes full political agenda campaign mode during a tragedy, blaming a president from more than eight years ago along with his recent nemesis for the accident, when families across all political spectrum and ethnic diversities are grieving over the loss of their loved ones and wanting answers.
  3. This is up there with your "Did People Really Land On The Moon" post!
  4. Like when in 2016, former FBI Director James Comey sent a letter to Congress about the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server just before the presidential election, which some saw as unfairly damaging Clinton's candidacy? That doesn't seem very biased to the left does it?
  5. I'd rather go to Wikipedia to pull facts than the source you chose of the Daily Mail. Larry Sanger’s (who left in 2002?) views could certainly be biased themselves. Sanger is known to have strong libertarian and conservative political views, and that could color his perception of Wikipedia as being biased. Also, it's important to remember that Wikipedia’s bias may not be monolithic. The site is edited by thousands of volunteers from different backgrounds, so the biases that Sanger perceives might be only partial and not represent the whole of Wikipedia’s content.
  6. Wikipedia describes Kirsch as follows: >>Steven Todd Kirsch is an American entrepreneur. He has started several companies and was one of two independent inventors of the optical mouse. Kirsch has been both a philanthropic supporter of medical research, and a promoter of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines. Why would anyone of sane mind want to waste time reading nonsense from a promoter of misinformation? If you go further into the Wiki entry so can see Kirsch's background is in something other than bio-sciences albeit successful and made him lots of money. He seems to have gone astray onto the conspiracy trail when his early funding of COVID treatment failed.
  7. No qualifications needed to post anything on this web site are there?
  8. This perspective sounds like it’s coming from a pretty narrow view of British politics. "Gammons" comes to mind. Typically portrayed as men (though not exclusively) with flushed faces, bald heads, and England flags draped everywhere, often driving white vans they need for their side jobs. A badge of honor for a lack of sophistication and nationalist fervor.
  9. What are you snorting? While the rioters didn't directly kill anyone with their guns, they did use them in a threatening manner, which contributed to the chaos and violence of the attack. Some rioters openly carried rifles and handguns, displaying them in an intimidating manner and causing fear among the Capitol Police and members of Congress. Several rioters who were later arrested were found to be carrying concealed weapons, including handguns and zip ties, which led to fears that they were planning to take hostages or engage in violence.
  10. The reality is you are just rehashing conspiracy theory nonsense from behind a keyboard and likely never set foot anywhere near those places affected by fires.
  11. I've not bought any lappies, but bought some cheap Chinese mini PC(-ies) with legit Win11 Pro o/s for under 5000THB, built in SSD. They work just fine and I would have no hesitation buying a laptop also these days, very good value for money.
  12. So politics created hurricane force winds and droughts that flamed the fires across whole towns? You'll be saying next it was the sexual orientation of the fire chief there next that failed to control the flames.
  13. It takes a special kind of hate in a person like the op who can politicize a natural disaster like this. Wildfires are often the result of multiple factors, including climate change, weather patterns, human behavior, and even past fire suppression policies. Trying to assign blame to any one factor or person ignores the complexity of the issue.
  14. Such drama queen bunkum. It wasn't a political party you don't like that destroyed homes in LA. It was a fire. Even cavemen understood what fire is.
  15. What do you expect? He has already proven himself during his previous tenure by throwing toilet rolls to storm ravaged survivors in Puerto Rico and re-drawn national government weather maps with his own marker pen in the oval office to explain his erroneous tweets on a hurricane path!
  16. Let's stat with... 1. Starmer was head of the CPP. 2. Labour just voted against an inquiry. Utter nonsense and you know it. Starmer’s association with the grooming cases as CPP occurred over a decade ago, and the cases were investigated and prosecuted under his watch. Despite this, he is still being targeted by far-right groups and politicians today for political reasons. By bringing up the grooming scandal today, Elon Musk with his tools and other social media bedroom warriors are trying to cast doubt on his handling of the grooming cases and tarnish his reputation and ultimately undermine support for the Labour Party who were otherwise not in power and in opposition during the whole period.
  17. This all sounds a bit ridiculous and extremist anti Starmer driven by social media gurus and bedroom 'fact checking' warriors. Fact is this story is over a decade old, perps have been jailed, inquiries were already held and that the last Tory government didn't act on all the findings is the fault of the current 6 months in power government why exactly?
  18. Do you really believe any of the words spoken? He/his team use words like “alternative facts”, “bigly” and he tweets “covfefe” in the early hours of the morning. You can make sense of these words?
  19. We've all come across racist bigots mouthing off from bar stools and the like, but where do you draw the line on the right to spout such on public platforms at government rallies? Absolutely anything is fare game for you, or do you have some boundaries?
  20. Welcome to the dog eat dog world of self obsessed shytsters.
  21. He even admitted he was wrong on this one, so how wrong are you?
  22. You'd best change your alias if thats the best you can up with! 🙂 They were all most likely on the sauce and incapable of proper parenting.
  23. The old babushka hag has a soul as ugly as her face.
  24. This says a lot about the perspective of you, rather than necessarily offering an objective assessment of the BBC's performance. "Woke" is a term that can mean different things to different people, but it is often used as a pejorative term by those who feel that progressive social media have gone too far and labeling something as "woke" can be a way of dismissing any content that challenges traditional values or perspectives of your own conservative demographic more than a modern day majority.
