Yes, any app if you have the apk install file in-case its not in Amazon store can be sideloaded installed. Loads of Youtubes explaining how. I have the android IPTV Smarters apk installed on Windows for IPTV package subscription.

Why use Bluestacks? Windows runs Android apps with its built in WSA these days, much simpler.
