    To be honest I am not surprised in the slightest that procurement execs (buyers) from Thailand were involved in some bribery or payments, I would be more surprised if they weren't ... a bit embarrassed by RR though.

    They did do that on schedule I believe...... so not a good example. But one only needs to go around the corner to see the pavement work on Pattaya Klang ,which has been ongoing well over a year, and shows zero progress and twists dozens of ankles daily.

    I am not yet convinced it is all an insurance scam, having seen a few Indians indeed wearing what appeared to be expensive gold chains walking about here. Although they are an internet savvy lot, and you would think the word would be out that it is not a good idea.

    Isn't the subject of the topic that you are diverting, really about things 'the other way around'.......Major western Countries block Thais from Visa free travel. Yet Thailand offers them Visa Exempt entry, hardly reciprocating.
