Bet they won't be wearing those short skirts on the plane !

The government will make a lot of money from handling it e.g, work visas, tourism, hotels acomodation, transport, publicity etc. Hope the film is a huge flop. Shows bad taste just to make money. Will it all be filmed in Thailand ? I wonder.

If the teacher had done this to a teenager there would be a good chance he would be beaten up or shot.

More military oppression. "You are only allowed to say what we tell you to say" and "You can only hear what we say is true" Getting like North Korea. Kim Jun Prayut

Report in West Australian said it was 2 year old twins, 3 year old girl, mum and Grandma. A 20 year old man reported it to police up north. Perth isn't always the beautiful city in the photos. Have a lot of crime here, but its rarely a problem for normal people. Perth has the highest meth use in the world so theft and robbery is increasing. However I still feel very safe here where we live. Will leave to go to Thailand in about 2 years. Wonder what will await us then !

Thats not a punch up ! Just a bit of bitch slapping. Nice foot in the neck hold down though.

So do you really need food at every corner on every street like it was ? Having to look carefully so you don't walk into a fire or vat of boiling fat ? Some places are nicer now the pavement is clear e.g. Sukhumwit. However I do agree that too much cleaning up will ruin the atmosphere of BKK and where will the people going to work in the morning buy their food ? They rely on the stalls. This hasn't got much of a mention.

We fly Thai from Perth To Bangkok in a 787 as they are the only airline that does a direct flight in 6 hours or less. Also they are cheaper than some that have long stop overs e.g. Singapore and Asia. I think we are lucky to have a good service here. Plane is nearly full every time.

Its simple. 100% is the safe capacity which is a long way below the top of the wall. Some dams are not designed to overflow. Hate to think what would happen to a Thai dam if it got that high !

So what the Thai people are saying is that they don't think it is neccessary to have a licence. Thats why they are scared of a fine for not having one

So if they want to blacklist a tourist for lying. why don't they set an example and punish all the Thai liars and cheats ? The guy is a total wan*er and just a spokesman for an even bigger one !

Is there such a thing as AA in your area ? That would be a good group to assist you. You need to get a hobby that keeps you busy.

At my wifes mums house the road has been repeatedly resurfaced and is now about a metre above the floor of the house, and to make it better the villagers have filled in the drainage ditch that was alongside the road. House gets flooded every time there is very heavy rain.

Even worse than taking non swimmers snorkelling is what they do in Talumben in Bali. They take Japanese people who can't swim scuba diving on a wreck down to 50ft !! Crazy ! I used to watch from the surface and see them being dragged along by their guide as they had no idea how to use fins. It was comical to watch but scary too.

The late-model Mustangs that I have seen at the Thai motor shows have been right-hand drive.
Yes, there are loads of right hand drives here in Australia.

A huge Police chase !! 500 metres ! Wow ! Police should set up a permanent drug testing station at Mo Chit and swab all drivers starting a journey. That would be a good start. Then others at all bus stations.

Theerasak is up front about what happens with the fine money. At least he's honest about it, that's a surprise for sure
I think he should tell Prayut about the fact that only 50% of the fine money goes to the Govt coffers. Thats stealing from the countries revenue. Isn't that illegal ? We would like to hear what he has to say about that !

If there are 8 times the number of vehicles deemed appropiate in Bangkok, why do they register about 500 new vehicles every week ? Stop it !

The extent of his concern is for a few tourists getting wet at some waterfalls. What about the tens of thousands of poor Thai people who cop it every year ? No mention !!

If you look at the cars in Bangkok, they nearly all have one person in them. Thats the first problem to address. Some cities ban single occupant cars in city areas.

First thing that should happen is that ALL Thai vehicles are insured, and tour companies, tour boats, hotels, taxis etc. Our travel insurance will not cover you for anything more dangerous than laying in bed ! No cover for bike riding, diving, trekking, elephant riding, going out on the water and more.

My hopes aren't upset. I dont care what they wear as long as the ticket price is good. Not bothered about getting a crappy sandwich or cake on the flight either. I do agree the service is the best of the airlines in Thailand.
