The bars can not sell alcohol at certain times like 7 eleven,the only ones in certain bars are farang.selling alcohol should be easier for a bar with farangs and the hrs too to help the owners survive.Go outside the towns lokal is sold any time along with beers and spirits,the thais do not follow the selling rules and no one will enforce them.In the towns that is a different matter with police making sure these rules are followed

In a marriage the land or house is brought when over 50/50 split.farangs can buy land or a house under those rules or something with a company name..Never being easy to buy land as a farang because thais know the rules too.Try buying a condo never the bottom 2 floors something about land issues,anything above no problem no land rights.As far as i know with a bar the thais own 51 precent the farang 49 percent of nothing. This has gone on forever and most farangs know that owning land is never going to be easy

Against the law under age anything exist in thailand,bars staff and this subject has gone on for decades.In the villages the same but never caught so much.every now and then they catch some people.years ago in phnom penn in a bar the girls ladies knew they was a check point on age with customers.everyone was checking.she was just under 18 and still did what they do.Next night saw her again she was fine,but was not concerned the next day.Be honest it exist all over asia and every now and then the police do a sting on everyone involved. Even before in the uk I knew a lady a hairdresser now did the same drinking clubs whatever at 15 and the bars probadly knew she was under age but could never prove it had id.
