    yeah got it ...

    smart-mobile ... looks like they canot handle NS-Servers ;-)

    fixed entry in /etc/hosts .. problem gone ...

    using ensim with dynamic ns-settings ...

    (quite common problem .... thets why normaly ISPs dont use that thing ... )

    anyway ... its just a advert for virtual keyboard ..

    they refer to the official frogpad-store with not work (web) and the company no longer sell directly to customers (only retailers)

    You can get one at pda4thai.com. I can't read Thai, so I couldn't tell you where that is, but check on their site here.

    - setting up a website or server in bangkok that can be accessed securely by about 20-30 individuals. (contents would mostly be financial/accounting data)

    Any suggestions???

    in case of various users from diffrent companys should be best to have a own machine somewhere ...

    the Thaivisa-mods beating pretty fast if someone post urls ...

    just send me a email ... then i can give u a small list ;-)

    well best thing is realy to have a machine controlled by yourself ...

    setting up hosting and mailing and all that things is quite easy ...

    and the securest way ...

    well .. everythiung is a cost - factor

    webhosting with good qaulity you can get for about 500 Baht already

    a server is about 6000 ....

    its abit math ...

    well if you are interested to share the costs for a server ...

    maybe we can come along ;-)

    Filtered Ports

    hey boys and girls ;-)

    since a few weeks the standard incomming ports (like 80,25,110,143,138,145) getting filtered

    is that a new rle or somethings like that ??

    we have True dsl 512 kb Bussiness-account ...

    someone have same experiances ??

    or know any way to switch that off ? ;-)

    Sounds like a "DNS" Problem ....

    just add static nameservers in your network-settings ...

    klick on the device used for the router/modem ..

    klick on TCP/IP .. and change at from "Obtain DNS-Servers by dhcp" to manual ..

    and type in some nameservers

    best choice is .. one n thailand and one as backup somewhere ..

    thailand: 203.144.255.71

    europe: 212.227.64.210

    and so on ;-)

    I'm Having Problems Downloading Gif's.

    in case the "gif" not 100% loaded .. the internet explorer save this then as .bmp ..

    just give him alittle more time ;-)

    or copy the URL to the grafic .. and paste in a new explorer window ...

    to oad only that gif-image ...

    then is more faster and easy to "download"

    anyway .. if you can see the image then its already downloaded ;-)

    everything else are "klickiklicki" controlled ... things .. to blow up traffic ..

    and destroy bandwith ;-)

    to answer your question .. in this board they are

    animated gif's

    in new msn messenger version can also use stupid flash-things .. hehehe
