I not met many quiet Russians with manners and decorum.  

Guderian  We use Hemingways a lot the food and drinks are great and never have any trouble getting Bolt rides.

Part of the problem is that Jomtien Complex Condominium where Hemingways is situated on the ground floor still will not invest in having their Condo Blocks named or signage near the front drive and entrance next to Hemingways.  As a result any directions you give to guests and visitors coming usually turn into View Talay 7 next door.  Extricating them from there to come back is a frustrating experience !

The TOT price looks good.  Makes 3BB look expensive then at 6900 baht paid up front for the year and that allegedly includes one free month.  3BB speeds are good downloads normally in the 40's mbps.  Upload always more than you need at about 19mbps.

My former Passport Number is shown on my only recently acquired renewed 5-year Motorbike and Car Driving Licences because their renewal preceded a trip to the UK during which time a new Passport was obtained.

Is any action recommended?   I always carry a minature laminate of old and new passports with the licences.

Richard I don't think that would work ie. some lady standing by pretending to be the mother.  One question to the child "Is this your mother ?"  Also the surrogate would have to produce ID to match the birth /marriage certificate if any.  Further, if cover were blown it would jeopardize future chances of travel.

It is a mistake to indicate the amount of money cash being carried.  In Europe, at least in England, the press are instructed to publish that an unknown amount of cash was being carried.  The same applies with ATM robberies.  Full details encourage further attacks.

Jomtien is fine. Some sunny days but the rainy season is up and running with a vengence.  Its is not a dump 

as one contributor writes, plenty of beach recliners and Dongtan Beach to right of the Police Box seems very well maintained and the beach largely clean.  For swimming however take the ferry to Koh Larne and visit Haad Tien Beach or for better restaurants Taewen Beach.

Road which also leads me to think that these beers more likely may be available in Food Land Pattaya Central Road.

I think there will be a lot more of these problems as the Chinese will be swamping the marketplace with cheap electric vehicles soon. They are already being stockpiled.
