Anyone know what qualifies a farmer to buy such land ?
They like to play with lighters as we will see that the upcoming months. Or rather smell.

Thai dentists like to pull tooths! 90% of the times it is wrong. Say no and try another dentist. It is very rae that you must pull a teeth. Most of the time you can repair it. Also if it loosens from the bone.

Apparently not a Dane. In the Thai Rath-article the man is Swedish, and his name is also typical Swedish...
Swedish name dosen't mean anything. Many criminals from other countries have changed name to a swedish name. Not easy to commit a crime or scam if presenting yourself as Abdullah or Mohammad.

Notice that all reporting at the moment distinguishes Palestinian's and Hamas as two separate people if this is the case give up Hamas the hostages and their locations they just launched 5,000 missiles and invaded a neighbor killing and hostage taking and peaceful Palestinians knew nothing about it in a 25km patch of land with 2.5m people on it is ridiculous
.. My view is they are one and the same and shout Allah Akbar at will ????
If you use dots and commas it would be possible to understand your post.

They put the customers inside the store in the back.. and closed the store. So the shooter could not go inside.
I think this actually much safer than let run out all people. Especially if your store not near an exit. Because you don't know where the shooter is. If you tell all people to run to exit.. the chance that some persons will cross the way with the shooter is greater than when they stay inside the store. WHich the shooter can't enter!Um, it sounds good in theory but the guy I know working there (manager position) said nothing worked. It was full chaos. And actually some people did not want to go because they did not know what all was about. And they don´t even knew on what floor the shooting was. Could be of interest to know that when announcing in the loudspeakers. And maybe also in English and maybe Chinese. But they only talked Thai and only said that the customers must leave the building. Not why. I understand that they dont want to have panic too of course.

The problem, even if the scanner show something is there. nobody stop you and look.. The scanners are there but nobody really looks on it. It's even simple to walk around the scanners. And this works in every mall. If you want bring anything inside a mall.. this is a very easy task.
But what I do not understand is the complain about how long it took. They need long to clear up the whole shopping center after they cached the shooter. But I think before you can go inside shopping mall and release all the customers and staff waiting inside the stores. you have to make sure there is no danger anymore.
What I saw and heard the security this time have done in general a great job... closed the store, and told all the customer and staff to go inside store in the back-part. This is a much better thing, than let run out all customers so they can run directly into the shooter. They closed the store? So no one can come out or after everyone is out already? Sounds like a good way to make it more easy for the shooter to find targets.

Apparently, they practice these procedures every three months or so.
Well done SP.
So then maybe they can announce in the loudspeakers about theshooting in english as well next time? Not only Thai. And people did not know were to run. I dont beleive they are practicing for an emergency. Not seriously at least. And how could the guy bring an M16 in to the mall in the first place?

Same in Bangkok. A friend of mine in a wheelchair has travelled the world and told me that Bangkok is by far the worst place he has been for the disabled. I've read many Thais believe that anyone disabled is being punished for being evil in a previous life, so they deserve nothing.
Not only bad for disabled also for others.

So do we have to chose Thai or Foreigner to start with? Can I do this myself? I think then I chose Foreigner and put in all my data and passport number etc. I did not know that I as Foreigner can do this myself. Before my Thai wife registered in her name. OK If I use my name then what about the Blue Book in wifes name or is it OK with Yellow Book that is in my name? The other file we have to attach i can not read as it is in Thai.
The help section is of course not working.

Well, we will see what happen in a couple of months when the burning season starts. Will there been any improvements from last year as we were promised? And the year before Etc.? I doubt. That would be a start and very easy to accomplish.

Utterly confusing, totally unnecessary... upside-down and inside out..
Putting MM before DD in a MM-DD-YYYY format is just idiotic.
I've worked for numerous international companies and the ones which use the MM-DD-YY format always suffer some sort of delay, fault or issue as a result.
IMO the ONLY valid date format for international use is DD-MMM-YYYY to avoid any confusion whatsoever... i.e. 24-JAN-2024 this is complete unambiguous and removes every dash of doubt or misunderstanding.
You need to use year.month.day if you want computers to sort it correctly.
