I know but this time I will purchase with monthly payment by credit card. So I'm not sure if it's allowed for VAT refund or not.
Is not the monthly payments between you and the credit card company? Between you and the shop the product is payed in full + the VAT payed as well.. So you should be able to get it back in that case.

WordPress. A free php piece of crap which allows people to make their own websites which users can post on and viewers can comment on. It's a major target for hackers. The OP is likely toast. It needs to be resurrected from backups and a plugin named WordFence applied. Plus considerable research into hardening the site.
Ah... OK. Thanks for the explanation. Sounds a little bit like facebooks website for business owners.

Didn't they sell some Grippen fighter jets to Thailand?
Yes, I think they have 11. But not sure if they are on leasing or if they actually sold them to Thailand.

Why not ask the Swedes? They are producing great submarines with the quite Sterling engine and they are not Nato members. Yet.

On September 4, 2023, Bangkok authorities reported the apprehension of Mr. John (alias), a 41-year-old American.
He was sought after causing an incident in Phuket, where he purportedly wreaked havoc and inflicted damage to a local residence. Following this, the property owner lodged a complaint against him for the damages, reported Siam Rath.

Attempts by Phuket's investigative unit to locate Mr. John initially proved fruitless. They later secured an arrest warrant from the Phuket court.
Through their investigation, they learned that Mr. John had fled from Phuket and was residing in a condominium near Sukhumvit Soi 11 in the Wattana district of Bangkok.

The breakthrough came when the authorities discovered that Mr. John planned to visit the IT Square building in the Laksi district of Bangkok to extend his visa.
On arrival, officers identified him as he was about to submit his visa extension at the immigration counter.

Confirming his identity and ensuring he was the same individual wanted in Phuket, they informed him of the charges and his rights.
He was subsequently detained and handed over to the investigative team in Phuket for legal proceedings.

Will there not be a new airport in Nakhon Pathon just west of Bangkok? My wife talked about it some time ago. A big one. If that is true than I think the need for one in Hua Hin will be less.

NOT flush down the loo! Bring it in to a pharmacy that can take care of it the proper way.

So they start to do something at last?? But they don't what first make a committee... How about black smoke cars, polluting industry, promotion of electric motorcycles and cars, better garbage handling, education not to use a motorcycle for a few hundred meters further shop. etc etc.. Probably a new minister to fill his pockets as there are so many parties and all want to have a minister post
In a couple of months the burnings will start again. I am excited to see what they have learned from last years butnings...NOT! That is all forgotten now...it will be a new surprice same as every year.

Your understanding is correct. Commonly, visas are applied for outside Thailand, and extensions inside Thailand are of your permission to stay, not your "visa". In many cases, the use of the word "visa" to refer to any stamp in your passport is confusing, and leads to misunderstandings.
Exactly, it makes at least my life harder, when I follow and try to understand the topics in here at aseannow. I think if the correct words would be used it would increase the understanding in this visa/extension jungle that is complicated enough anyway.

Yes - but best not to point it out if you can understand - but the issue is often use of wrong term results in wrong answers - so at times further explanation is required.
OK thanks????

In this case, there is no ambiguity. He is referring to an extension of his permission to stay.
There are circumstances where you can apply for a visa in Thailand. A common example is that after entering Thailand visa exempt, you can apply for a Non O visa (intending retirement) at an immigration office using form TM87.
OK, thank you. So normally the common rule is when applying for a visa that is to be made on an embassy or consul outside Thailand and only applying for an extension will be done at an Immgration inside Thailand? Sorry for my question but I am getting confused when people here asks questions about applying for visas at Immigration inside Thailand. They are simply using the wrong name most of the time?

Map to residence is all I ever provided at CW until they insisted on a TM30 being on file a few years ago - since then provide that receipt, map to residence and TM47 receipt.
Annual renewal at CW would be extension of stay.
Thanks,

OP is asking about 12 month extensions retirement.
As for obtain a non O retirement Visa yes that is possible you can do a "conversion" from tourist visa or visa exempt using TM86 and TM87 respectively.
I see. I did not know that about conversion. Thank you very much for the info.

Is this about visa or extension? Is it possible to get a visa when already in Thailand? Or is it an extension the op is talking about?
