What is this blame the victim crap all about ? Call your Mother, Wife, Daughter, Aunt, Sister, Niece and tell them you blame the victim for dressing a certain way or was out at a certain hour or on the beach.......see the reaction.......and duck for cover.
This poor girl came to Thailand for a holiday and a horrible crime happened perhaps a deep breathe is appropriate that the country/tourism has a black eye today.
All of you farang should realize that rape still makes national headlines here in Thailand. In your countries rape doesn't even make the local news because it is so common.

Rape is not a common crime in Thailand, nor is assault, it happens the same as everywhere in the world but Thailand is one of the safest countries in the world.
Bullsh....t Rapes and Assaults on Foreigners by locals happen on almost every FMP but most of the time it does not make Headlines.
And for a women to walk alone on the Beach at 3.30 in the morning is extremly dangerous after or at a FMP coz all the weirdos are there too ....

If anyone knows this guy, than it is your duty to report to the police, even anonymously.
A truly terrible state of affairs.
And become a suspect so can shift blame from Thai to farang.
Go into an Internet cafe.
Sign up with a new Hotmail address.
Send the message to the police or to the newspaper that has published the story.
Sign out of Hotmail, walk out of Internet cafe and never use that Hotmail address again.
OR
Print out a letter, post from a post box to the police or to the newspaper that has published the story.
Only need to give the man`s name, nationality and address if known.
There are ways and means.
This guy probably has family somewhere, perhaps children, and if anyone knows this man please don`t make the family suffer, plus the police have limited resources, help them, please and bring the murderers to book.
It should be no Problem for the Police or Immigration to find out who this Man is
Except he was illegal in the Country without a Visa
there are multiple ways to find out wo he is, one would be facial recognition
since years everybody who come into Thailand has to make a Picture at Immigration.
If he has a Long Stay Visa they should have his Finger Prints on file too.....

That s actually quite possible that they try to go that way. If confirmed that he really took Cocaine and there is no way to get a Positive Reading for Cocaine if you drink to much Red BullLet's see how his lawyer explains this one. Took crack after the accident to soothe his nerves?
Of course before the accident he was sober and because about the Shock that he just killed a Police guy with his Ferrari snorted a Big line of Cocaine...

But you can google it yourself all the newer Test Results about HIV show the same Numbers it s a very, very low risk to catch it from unprotected Oral Sex of course there is still a minimal Risk , there are always people who beat the odds and better do it protected as unprotected or don t do it . Here in Thailand it s almost normal that the Girls perform Fellatio without Condoms and I have never heard of a Man who actually performs Cunnilingus with Protection...

It's low risk but certainly possible in cases with cuts (even tiny ones) in the mouth and/or genitals. Also people with OTHER STDs in the mouth of genitals would have higher risk. Also it is recommended not to brush your teeth or floss for FOUR HOURS before doing oral sex because there may be fresh gum tears. Almost not existent? Nope.Would think it would be quite clear to all by now that men can surely get HIV through vaginal sex.
Take it from me , you can , as I know to my cost and wasn't even a player .... also transmittable by oral sex .... both ways M to F and F to M.
If in doubt get a check up , because it can be years before you know you have a problem .... and you can do so much harm in that time ...

Well I did not read the last eight Sites but there is not much to speculate about.
Someone should check his Bike and after we will see if he was in a accident or not.
To Judge after his injuries it must have been maybe not a high Speed Crash but fast enough to leave marks on his Bike, if it still looks like before it was no accident...

Do you have a source that these are illegal? I thought they were legal. Pretty much anything is legal here as long as it doesn't get you high or can be used to make drugs that get you high. Hence them cracking down on cold medicine recently.
Trust me they are illegal.
Not everything you can buy here in Thailand over the Counter of a pharmacy is legal for you to consume, sell etc.
For example
The drug dealer, who normally sold her drugs online, was caught red-handed on her first time distributing drugs in person, selling 10 boxes of illegal steroids – all worth approximately 31,000 Baht.
Tourist Police Division (located at Supachalasai Stadium), Police Captain Peerapat Paromwut Deputy Investigating Officer stated that the arrest of 29-year-old Ms. Penprakai Tieng-ngok has occurred at Ekkamai Bus Station. The police discovered that this bus stop was a meeting point of a drug suspect, who has been distributing Steroids to Thai and foreign clients via the Internet. The police carried out a sting operation accordingly.
After interrogation, the suspect confessed that this was her first time dealing the drugs in person. She worked for Mrs. Ya – owner of a drug store in South Pattaya. The suspect’s delivery payment was 2,000 Baht.
The suspect was a former winner of 2010 Asian body builder and fitness competition, under 164 cm category, in Singapore.
The suspect was charged with distribution of illegal drugs – sentenced to 5 years and fined 10,000 Baht. Police continued their questioning.

Sorry to informall you guys, but it is only the Grade 1 i-pods being introduced from China that will receive these initial HD trial runs.
You'll have to queue up, like the other 800,000 kids this year, then the 1 million for next year and so on, whilst delivery logistics is sorted out on how to manufacture these things on time - JIT supply, if you like.

Well In Thailand you can use lethal Force if you have Burglars in your House. But she grew Kratom whitch is a Class 5 Drug in Thailand as it is Marihuana , so actually she can be lucky to get just 3. Years for killing a Man and producing (growing) Drugs for intent to sale, i m suprised she actually did not get a bigger Jail Term . If there would be just a break in and she would have shot him nothing would have happened to her.
Since maybe some Posters don t know Kratom , what would you say if she would have grown Marihuana (class 5 Drug too) in her Garden and killed the Guy just to protect her Stash in my Country whitch has much less harsh Drug laws she would have got a min of 10. Years in Prison for that.

I find it hard to believe he stayed there. Why not move to another country or at least somewhere else in LOS??
Rationally it seems logical he would have done a runner. But the guy has admitted to killing someone (accidentally he says) and storing the body in a bin within one of his bathrooms. That is hardly rational behaviour.
His income was from the rents on the properties. If he did a runner, he would not only lose them, but, the body would eventually be found and he would be a hunted fugitive.
As he was a Police volunteer he must have known the Law (at least a bit ) and that is the Police in Thailand cannot charge you with murder until they have the body of the victim.,even if they know you are involved they can t to anything, until the found the body.
So why did he keep her in her Bathroom and if he really had access to a Boat not just dumped the garbage bin with a layer of cement somewhere in the Andaman See and noone would have ever found her and his life just would have gone on as usual, it s good that they cought him but hey is this guy a Necromaniac or just complete Stupid or what.

I just read at a other News Site that they just found another 3. Million Yaba Pills and a Quantity of Meth in a white Van with a Military issued Licence Plate. The Van was parked at the area Rangsit Khlong 2
Funny thing is I saw yesterday at the Police Report on Thai TV a white Van with a military Licence Plate parking in front of the house.
Don t tell me they just loaded it up parked it somewhere and sell it now as a second Bust :-)
