Whilst correctly highlighting the incredible job the Health professionals are doing during this pandemic there is no way you can seriously give any credit to the Government or Department of Health for their seriously botched attempts at vaccine roll-out.

It's a proper farce with no plan in place or clarity of thought regarding our children being able to go back.
We sent our daughter up country just before the travel restrictions were in place, primarily to visit the grandparents and to have a bit of freedom on the family farm.
This morning she started at the local government school which is opening a few days a weeks from today. Should be an interesting experience for her, coming from an International school, but i think it is a better option than just trying online learning.

Come on you do not need any help.
Am guessing you are an adult and therefore you should take care of this situation much the same way as you would if you were back in your home town.
PS, can i borrow a tenner, you seem pretty flush right now ?

nice work, you booked 3 different appointments to make sure you got jabbed once.
Good to see your thinking of others during this humanitarian crisis.

It's going to be a tough, tough game and on paper England are ahead, but we play on grass and it's a semi-final any thing can happen.
Bit of luck here and there, dodgy ref's decision who knows, too tight to call for me....still have nightmares from 1990 when Gazza was mere inches away from connecting.
At least there are a few soi dogs around i can kick if it goes tits up !

Wow. My wife is away, so some neigbors kindly took me under their wing to evacuate to the Novotel at Suvarbanumi.
We are "camping" in the lobby, awaiting word.
Lots of sirens and flashing lights along the way.
The hotel has been great. They moved us to a conference room with comfy chairs, etc.
Good to hear you are safe, do you know if the hotel is accepting bookings ?

This factory is around 500 metres behind our home.
Was a massive bang around 3.30 this morning and ended up with a fair bit of damage to ceilings, doors and windows, many of the houses in the Moobahn suffered the same.
Was eventually told to evacuate around 8.00 am this morning as they fear more explosions.

So glad i got my prediction wrong, but it did take the introduction of an attacking player and some fine saves from our keeper to finally get the job done.
Question is does Southgate have the balls to start with an attacking midfielder against Ukraine in the next game. No reason for five at the back plus two defensive midfielders.
Actually shouldn't moan, we have just beaten Germany in a knock-out game for the first time in my life....it's good to be alive this morning.

So, the fans and the players ALL live at the stadium now?. ????????????????????????????????????????????????
YOU WILL LOSE. your team in the biggest embarrassment in the history of football. What are you like 12 years old or something ?
Onto the game, think it will be a narrow win for Germany, based on the negative tactics of our Manager, i do hope i am totally wrong though.

I just don't get it, first half England were good with the front four all inter-changing and stretching the Czech back four, dealt with the attacking play of the Czech's quite well with just one shot on target.
Have a cup of tea and a chat with the Manager at Half-time and it all changes. It's as though Southgate told them to tighten it up and to keep their shape, end result being a rather boring second half. Odd considering when we play with pace and movement we look a half decent side.
Having said that we qualified top of the group, job done, let's hope the next game is an earlier kick-off time and doesn't end in glorious failure.
-
No luck at all in qualifying from the group, it was obvious with four best third place teams qualifying that four points would be enough.
However it does just paper over the cracks, England under Southgate are negative in general and he sets his team up not to lose. Shame really as we do have some good players, played some good stuff for twenty minutes in the first half against Croatia.
Alas, hope springs eternal and no doubt i will be up at 2 Am tomorrow morning hoping for better but knowing deep down it will be just another frustrating performance.

Personally i am in no rush, not even opened any of the registration Apps supposedly available.
Going by some of the comments on various threads some posters will get Hernias before any problems with Covid.

I see some posters go straight into attack mode and just assume parents want their kids out of the hair.
However having a young daughter waiting to start G1, who has already missed a lot of school, I don't think there is a good solution.
Most parents i think understand the need for the kids to be back at school (quality of education different subject), it gives them structure, discipline and the opportunity to mix with their peers, this is so important at a young age. On-Line learning just does not offer this and i have yet to speak to any parent or teacher who believes it is successful. It is just "better than nothing"
However this has to be balanced with our need to make sure our kids are safe.
There is no way my daughter will be having a vaccination but i would be perfectly happy for her to return to school if all staff were vaccinated. This may sound contradictory and probably is but the quicker we learn to live with Covid the better and kids going back to school would be a good start.

Yea it could go wrong. I think Express vpn and Nordvpn are safe bets though?
i pay for the Express VPN and only had that one issue, lets hope it works this time.

Up to now BEIN are only showing as providing games in MENA area, shame as their product is usually good. Maybe it will change before it starts.
BBC and ITV will be available via VPN but you cannot trust them. Last World Cup i was finally blocked just before half time in the semi-final ????

On the surface this may seem another silly idea from the powers that be, however if you think about it, it's not so daft.
Luckily i have managed to keep working at the office however many colleagues (and family members back in UK) have told me how they struggled to concentrate working at home. My brother actually decided that he would follow his normal working routine, wake up, shower, put on his work clothes, cup of coffee and then start work. He said this gave him more discipline and was more productive.
I have had a nightmare trying to get my daughter to learn on-line, maybe adding some proper structure and wearing her uniform may help.

No idea where the above posters got their info from but i can give you first hand experience.
We are given the option of company car or car allowance(taxed), model or amount of allowance is position dependent.
Was recently promoted so at end of my current lease period i will take the allowance as i fancy treating myself to a nicer car.
Company uses Sumitomo leasing and usually on a 3 year deal.

I signed up to try and buy some, but they won't tell me the postage until after I order, which was a no go for me. I'm thinking the postage is likely more than the product.
When i ordered from them i did not have to confirm and pay until they told me how much delivery was.
If it isn't water, please don't put it down the sink!!
