1. You could try but immigration may reject it since you have already transferred your stamps to the new passport.
2. Either way could be done since your stamps have been transferred to the new one.
3. Try online first since with you new passport you do not have any records of doing one before and it may go through or with luck they may of updated your records to show the new passport number.
Many thanks. Sounds like a plan

I have to complete a 90 day report later this month. Since my last 90 day report I have renewed my passport and had the stamps from my old passport transferred to my new one at Chaeng Wattana.
Normally I do my 90 day report online but realise this may not work this time around due to the change of passport.
As the appointment system is down for the time-being this will mean a trip to MTT, without an appointment, and joining the inevitable long queue, which I'm reluctant to do with the escalating Covid situation.
So I have several questions:
1. Can do my online report using my old passport details - although I've renewed it, the expiry date is not until 2022?
2. If not, is it possible to use the postal method or send a proxy given this will be the first 90 day report with the new passport?
3. Do other options exist?
Many thanks in advance

If you’re skeptical about all this then make sure you look after yourself and don’t put yourself in danger of getting the virus and when nothing happens you can say ‘told you so’. Personally I’ve more confidence in what the CCSA spokesman says each day than any “speculation” I read here and elsewhere. If my confidence is rewarded then we’ll all be happy - well most anyway

It really doesn't matter what the survey says - Its how the individual feels about their life in Thailand. Perception is reality. When I read some of the comments on Thai Visa, about almost any aspect of life here, I often wonder whether I'm living in the same country as the posters, and indeed why they stay here. It's not perfect for sure but for me it's really good and much better than the alternative.

That means that approximately 10 million in Bangkok have not registered?
Wonder why?
It’s over 60s only and those with underlying conditions.

In my wifes village (Nakon Nowhere) all of the elderly and vulnerable residents have been invited by the headman to attend the local clinic on 7 May to register for the vaccine. There are some foreigners included in this group. I'm fairly certain this will be happening across the whole of rural Thailand to register those in the population without Smartphones or the knowledge to be able to register online.

Not so fast. I have a pink ID card, and have been speaking, reading, writing Thai for 44 years. I was also a volunteer warden for the US Consulate until they ended that program. That isn't enough.
I thought I registered in person yesterday at my local public health clinic, which happens to be right next door. Told the lady I was there to register for the vaccine. Gave her my pink card, and she didn't bat an eye. All duly noted and recorded, and I was told someone would phone around June 7th.
So today Mrs. Lawrence went over to do the same. They noticed the last name and address, and told her that I was registered in error. They had a meeting yesterday after I was there and were told we foreigners are not eligible.
So I just finished trying the Mor Prom app for over an hour. Put my name in with Thai script (as shown on my ID), with/without middle name, Roman script, card number with/without spaces, always with the number from the back of the card. All I ever saw was a message in Thai saying "Please enter your information correctly," with an "agree" button. I'm now wondering if they changed the app overnight, or whether it depends on your province, as someone suggested above.
Until this post, I was defending the government, on the side of the people cheering this on. I have now moved over to the "what a sh*tshow" column.
I had similar problems until I worked out the first number on the back of the ID is an 8 not a B. Could that be your problem

In other words you're special and entitled.
If you've lived here for a while then you should have got a pink ID card ages OK. Easy to do and many advantages including getting Thai prices in many places (but not all). And its free too.

Without the ability to choose either Pfizer or Moderna, no thanks. Zero interest in the Sinovac junk vax.
I will wait. And hopefully the higher quality vaccines will become available. I would rather choose a good one and pay for it, than get <deleted> for free.
AZ for over 60's - not Sinovac. First 16 million doses - this current registration is all AZ

Exactly. I'd much rather wait until I can pay for the vaccine of my choice from a private hospital!
Initial 16 million doses are AZ. Sinovac will not be offered to over 60's

Typical didn't they just announce ALL Foreigners will get the vaccine?
Of course they just didn't say when will it be after all Thai's get it first? I seriously hope not!
Anyways lets hope it's just another misunderstanding and ALL Foreigners will be able to register soon.
If that's not the case probably a stiff letter of complaint to Astrazeneca and the British Foreign Office may be in order.
Not true. I've registered and got an appointment on 17 June.

Some great ideas - thanks to everyone for your input

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.
I'll buy a drain cleaning snake but I was looking for commercial firms that might help
Any further thoughts please

I need some recommendations of firms that can help unblock a waste water drain at my property. There is a septic tank - which is OK and a waste water "hole" where water from showers, washing up and the washing machine flows. The problem is when the washing machine runs the waste water backs up to the bathroom shower area. It eventually clears but can take up to 2 hours. I'm guessing the waste water drain must be blocked.
I've tried local people but they don't seem to know any firm but I hoping some-one on this forum can suggest a suitable/local firm to help.
My property is between Wanon Niwat and Akat Amnuai in Sakon Nakhon Province (75 k from Sakon Nakhon). Udon Thani and Kalasin are further away but in striking distance as is Nong Khai.
Any recommendations would be gratefully received, thanks

Yes - that would make sense. Thanks

I went to CW today to get my stamps transfered from old to new passport. All the paperwork was OK but as I hadn't taken my bank book (800k deposit) they sent me away. My annual extension was done in December 2020 and I've done a 90 days report since so I couldn't understand why they wanted my bank book but there was no point in arguing as it was all very pleasant. Back again later in the week
Is this a new requirement or an old one I missed?
-
Ok. I'll give it go. Thanks

Thanks Ubon Joe. I've just tried to make an appt at MTT for the 90 day reporting but no appointments available this week which i find odd. Are you aware of any problems or even an amnesty?
-
This week I plan to do my 90 day reporting and get the info from my old passport transferred to my new passport.
I know that for my 90 day reporting I need to go to Muang Thani Immigration office but I'm not sure which office to go to for the passport changeover.
Can someone please advise whether I need to go to CW or is it/can it be done at MT?
Thanks in advance

Replying to Scubascuba3 I thought the topic was about comparing the cost of courses across Thailand not comparing them with another country. 1250 baht for a round of golf here is pretty good in my opinion.
If I lived in the UK I'd be using additional matrix e.g. How many times could I reasonably play during the long, cold, dark, wet October - February period (certainly not 3 times a week on average); what about the additional cost of weather/water proof clothing; what sort of additional pressure would I be putting on my body pulling my own cart or carrying a bag and several more, like the cost of fuel to travel to the course; the availability of good showers; and the attitude of the retired bank managers, civil servants and colonels (also called the committee) with their old fashioned ideas about dress code on the course and in the club house.
So, in answering the original post I've restricted my feedback on the original question ("it could be interesting to see how other clubs compare " ) and offered my opinion on whether I find it comparatively good or not

Summit Windmill is 330k for a 5 yr membership with no additional green or service fees.
So, 66k p.a. = 440 per round (66k/150) + 400 caddie fee and 400 caddie tip = 1240 = £31 per round. Pretty good. Using a cart though @ 900 per time does crank things up.

Thanks for your input everyone. I usually do the 90 day report online but on the last occasion it didn't work. I will try again once the 15-7 day window is open though.
Does some-one have a link for the appointment system to my extension please
