From court testimony and the NCA revelations we can reasonable conclude an altercation did occur

In court the RTP testified that they did not investigate the rumour of altercation, therefore they cannot have requested information from the NCA about the altercation.

We know the NCA passed information to the RTP about an alleged altercation, taking into account the RTP court testimony that they did not investigate, then this information can only have been iniated by the NCA , and we are left with the conclusion the NCA information must have come from somebody with knowledge of the altercation.

I pretty sure that the RTP wouldn't have admitted to any of this in court unless you can prove otherwise. The NCA stuff has only recently come to light.

Equally as important, you've failed to mention the recommendation of a DNA test of a potential suspect that was again ignored by the RTP.

We all do know now that there was an altercation in AC Bar and that was the last place anyone (in testimonies and evidence so far) saw David and Hannah alive.

Seems an "overkill" of force with Police and Military present when surely the local Chief and Government admin staff could have closed the place ?

Yes it is boring reading the nonsense some people post.

The only reason that hostel was closed was because the police were not receiving their cut, and before you get uptight about that comment, remember it happens everywhere here every day.

Grade AAA for all the posts quoted

Is some hair which is barely visible to the human eye being split here?

You are right. There was a hair in Hannah's hand when she was found that wasn't examined or tested by the RTP. Why was that?

That assumes the Thai Supreme Court decides that proof of guilt was not provided beyond a reasonable doubt even though the 2 lower courts said that it was so provided.

It was the same lower court so one court, same decision twice, after all no one likes to lose face

No because Khaosod published the same thing but retracted it a year later as bullsh***t.

And if you want to compare the ThaiPBS to the BBC that's up to you.

It wasn't bullsh***t it was the truth but the evidence had been destroyed. It was more to do with infamous Thai laws than the truth.

It has been mentioned that Nomsod was to have got off off the island quickly by boat   damage control was actioned.

Trolls seem to have been employed anywhere his  name is  mentioned those trolls are still  operating today.

That is quite possible, the CTV of the early morning ferry was ignored by the investigators and was deleted by someone.

Agreed that is annoying, only one topic only one aim.

But most of us worked out a long time ago that your little team ('little' being a key word ) are not here to get to the truth. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Sad reality of the situation, money and business is more important to some people than sentencing two innocent people to death.

The above and the use of the word 'innocent' was written by the SamuiTimes reporter. It was not a statement by the defense attorneys.

He said Mon was ruled out the next day after being questioned his promotion after that proves nothing.

Mon was only ruled out after payments were made

Then you are a paid troll and have consistently posted about the B2 being guilty.

I have to agree with discodan here, a lot of us don't  buy all the conspiracy theories posted online. In a case like this we need to listen to both sides , and even if I am not sure B2 did it , the case is  not 100% clear.

Of course you would, there is a group of you that have an agenda.

I do seem to recall that either Mon or the other one , produced CCTV evidence that showed that he was in BKK at the time of the murders , although there were some claims that this evidence was doctored .

Was it ever established where he was at the time of the murders ?

As I recall he was unlocatable  for a few days after the murders , and then three days later he shows up in BKK with CCTV footage showing that he was in BKK all along .

Was it ever established where he was at the time of the murders ?

    Some good questions.

Hmm, a poster (you) points out women are the second largest group who commit spousal murder and I point out most marriages have 2 people in them.

Yes, correct, that is the point and a joke!

More hot air, If there is info that points to other suspects it would be plastered all over social media by now.

    Withheld and ignored evidence included:

person(s) with whom the murdered individuals had had an argument

the need for DNA samples to be taken from a potential suspect

I just wonder if they had so much stock in the warehouse under the old excise rate that they are still selling that stock so price have not changed.

Not until they deplete that stock and start selling new stock procured under the new excise rate that the price would possibly change.

In an earlier post I said a case of Leo beer big bottles at the Lotus I use was Bt588 before the new rate and a few days after the new rate the price was Bt584...went down 4 baht.  However I noticed a few days later that their stock of beer on the store shelves was really low or Leo and Chang cases....I mean like I had never seen it this low....almost out of stock...no normal at all for this Lotus store....but the price was still Bt584 for a Leo case.

Now I haven't been back to since to see if they have restocked and check the latest prices....maybe I'll go tomorrow out of curiosity .

Leo large bottles have gone up to 650THB/box in our local Tesco Lotus Express.

I've been downwind of a few unfortunately. Massive clouds of dense vile smelling smoke exhaled by anti social users. Oh yes I understand all too well thank you very much. That is why they are banned in most buildings, buses, aircraft etc.

They don't generate smoke. It is only you that is doing that, 'smoke and mirrors'

They look as though they had gone past the turn as well so were most likely about to do a U'y over the solid line or may actually have been already on the wrong side of it.

    50/50.

No they weren't over the line. They were actually doing what they should be doing, stopping and waiting for oncoming traffic to pass before turning. The rider behind was riding like an idiot pulling out when they had no clear view of the road and caused the accident. End of.

  11. From my experience if you have a booking they will make you wait until your booking time even if you arrive early .... unless they are not so busy. I have seen people drive up and buy a ticket on arrival that have got onto a ferry in front of us despite us booking in advance. Having said that we have always got on at least at our booked ferry although at the odd occasion it may have been delayed/late.
