If possible buy aircons which can cool and heat if you want to avoid making fire outside during winter. In Chiang Rai the winters can be quiet cool.

A true mixed cocktail then....Hey Doc I will take a jab of Sinovac, then jab me with that AZ stuff, and now for my booster only 8 weeks or maybe 16 weeks after my Sinovac shot give me that Pfizer jab. So 3 jabs in 4 months.
Has the body even built up the immunities in full by the time the booster is given?
Does anyone see an issue here, or is it just me.
In Germany the mix is recommended by the vaccine commission and the reason is not a shortage of vaccines:

I don't believe that for 1 second. I will bet that he is getting very special treatment no way he is eating prison food either.
He has way too much info and can implicate those above him, he will be taken care of very well. You can already see how they are lining up to help him.
This goes right to the top.
Or he falls from the top floor of the prison building, gets a nasty, deadly desease or hangs himself with his socks.
This happened before.

"there will be no special protection of the police officers involved in the alleged torture of a drug suspect in their custody"
Like in the case in Kalasin?
"whether the abuse seen in the video was intended to extort money from the victim or to extract information about the illicit drug trade."
DOES that mean torture to extract money is illegal, torture to extract info is lawful?

Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley all part of wanted Nakhon Sawan cop’s fleet of cars
The Customs Department said on Wednesday that Pol Colonel Thitisan Uthanapol had helped seize 368 illegal cars since 2011 and should have earned some 400 million for his work.
Where can I hand in my job application?

!Why does the mention of owning very expensive cars and being a drug suppression officer not surprise me. Now we know where he got the money from!"
Yes, we do, the same news source quoted his wife as being the hiso owner of a luxury car business
Another news source shows that he at least owned the Lambo before his engagement party.

His wife owns a luxury car business, according to the Bangkok Post.
Does that mean he got all cars for free?
The wife must make a roaring trade.

The RTP won't be clean and corruption free until they clean it out of dirty cops, starting from the top down. That scumbag copper has obviously done this many times before in order to live a hiso life, not in line with his yearly wealth and he would have been greasing RTP senior management wheels ( his bosses) since day 1. You don't flaunt that sort of wealth if you haven't got protection.

Not been really following it, but why have the alleged murderers and blackmailers not been charged and locked up waiting for the trial?
Because they follow the routine from other, similar cases.

Don't you remember the police station in Kalasin?

I am sure that this is normal procedure in many police stations in this country.
How much of the money this fine colonel "extracted" from his victims have gone to his superiors?

I read yesterday on a travel website in a report about Thailand that the overall vaccination rate of fully vaccinated people here is only 8%.

This is a very bad. It makes the recipient a criminal stealing from a bank for any withdrawals after the date of death. You must create a Thai will for any hard assets in Thailand. I had a farang friend who died without a Thai will and even his legal Thai wife could not recover the money in the Thai bank accounts registered only in his name. There may be a process for it - but she gave up after a couple of years trying.
Why didn't she approach the court to solve the problem?

What a waste.
Where do they find these people with those wonderful ideas?
In a psychiatric ward?

Sure they can try, but they cant avoid being sued for breach of contract. Emergency or not. Thailand would be basically stealing vaccines from other Asian countries that paid for them. They also risk AZ leaving Thailand and producing somewhere else.
Breach of contract isn't really a problem for AZ:

There are to my knowledge no rubber bullets used against peaceful protesters.
You should have a look at Twitter. Many videos of Police violence against protesters. Water cannon, tear gas, rubber bullets, battons. Take your pick:

Proper reading can help a lot with understanding:
"Now - because the vendors understated the price of the item ( a CarPlay & phone mirror box for my car stereo) - I am now required to pay VAT (Ok , I accept that) , a service fee (to DHL) , a storage fee (once again to DHL , charged daily until finally cleared) and a fine to Customs (amounting to 50% of cost of item) because of the value underestimate. "
