    ok well answer the question.

    distance to home - 78km.

battery distance to empty - 90km

    typical drive time is 1hr.

road flooded drive time is 2.5hrs.

would I have got home or would I have been stranded with no battery.

You would still need a toilet 🚻 break after the 6 Leo.

I’m presuming his wife is Thai and his partner was English . Think I’d rather do myself in than spend 2+ years in a Thai prison new a guy in Samui prison who was paying out protection money each week to stop him being molested

He already did nearly 2 month is detention,  so he knows what is coming.

Danish businessman Stig Wulff was Tuesday morning 21 November 2023 released from the Detention Center of the Thai Immigration Police in Bangkok after having been imprisoned for almost two months in the overcrowded facility.

Humans corrupt ... people have had enough ... that's my point.  I have solar & EVs for spite, as much as I do for the savings.  F'em all :coffee1:

You ain't forking anybody old pal, except yourself.

Your solar panels, EV, the little scooter and all your other "green" gadgets were all made by using wast quantities of jurassic bio fuel, especially since it os all made in China 🇨🇳

Apart from a front-suspension rebuild (it all got worryingly "loose"), a failed dual-mass flywheel, a couple of prop centre-bearings and UJs and two A/C compressors it's not been a bad ride, in over 350k km it's never actually let us down.

You also used that car to (almost) kill an old lady on a bicycle 🚲,  right?

It has seen its fair share of action.

I'd suspect the ex-works value of that pork may have been less than zero in Brazil.  For example, if it was condemned after inspection.  Probably easier and cheaper to stick it on one of those freezer ships to almost anywhere in Asia than to dispose of it legally in country.  And if they can sell it on...  Bonus!

The scale of this operation is just mind-boggling. Possibly 10,000 shipping containers of Brazilian pork has entered the country.

This is too big to be smuggled by land from neighboring countries, it was shipped in.

Now you're spoiling my fun, I loved the Dinosaur analogy.

I vaguely remember V8's and other cars fueled by oil, weren't they popular last century?

I loved the noisy cabins, the vibration that made you tired after a long drive, the harshness of the engine, all those moving parts that often broke down, their pedestrian pace, their inefficiency.

A training video from the EV academy has been leaked.

Sorry to break it to you, but your type of vehicle is going the way of the animals that made the oil they use.

The question is "Are you going to be one too?"

    See the light, go EV!

Just keep digging, you are in EV hell now, but if you are lucky you will hit paydirt, discover oil 🛢 and come out on the other side and get yourself a nice V8.

  9. Bon appetite 😋

Much of the smuggled pork is believed to have come from ASF-infected animals, according to veterinarian Worawut Siripun, who also serves as deputy secretary-general of the SRAT.

A large proportion also arrived from countries that do not ban the use of leanness-enhancing agents, which can pose health risks for consumers.

Consumption of meat containing leanness-enhancing agents can cause dizziness, nausea, and peripheral weakness.

I think I would have got the joke if I was smoking what you were smoking.

I can't afford to smoke, I have to pay for fuel and I used my last savings to order 100,000 of these stickers. I hope Pib will be my first customer.

The current price of an extended range Atto 3 is 1,199,000 with 100k cashback ( so 1.1 mil ). Will be interesting to see what price this version launches at as there is quite a few upgrades to this version.

This is proof that the CCP is eavesdropping on everything you say and do in the car. It is a spy machine a serious national security risk.

Or maybe the Chinese can't spell and the ear 👂 mirrors really are rear mirrors?

Anyway, why quantum black ️,  is it even a real color or are the achievements of BYD so small they have to be measured at the quantum level?

I have asked around in several shopping malls to no avail. Online they sell the English version only.

I have my own conspiracy theory as to why Thailand might have discouraged the republication. The author was a close friend of Chiang Kai-Shek's. Plus, one of the books bears the title "Tintin in Tibet".
