ISIS claims responsibility for attack in Moscow concert venue that left at least 40 dead
No,Putin does not have 86% approving rating alleged by Putin's propaganda machine. Feels like half of it. Most people I know in Russia do not support him. "As many as half of all the votes reported for Vladimir Putin in Russia’s presidential election last week were fraudulent, according to Russian independent media reports using a statistical method devised by analyst Sergey Shpilkin to estimate the extent of voter manipulation"...

Angry Russian Tourist Forcefully Shaves Part of Pattaya Barber’s Hair
This is not the question of responsibility but rather of misunderstanding. If you don't speak Thai or you can't explain what you want you have to control your feelings anyway.

Russian Man Arrested in Phuket After Allegedly Taking Away Minor from Parental Guardian
Maybe the man is the grandfather of the child and doesn't know that he needs power of attorney from both parents to travel a child across the border. (a notarized power of attorney for a child to travel abroad is the consent of the parents, issued as an official document).

What are most Russians doing here and how are they financing themselves?
No need to exaggerate - most of Russian people don't live like that - and never experienced such misarable views in their lives. Lots of regions, small towns and villages are abandoned or half-abandoned now - as many especially young people have moved to bigger towns or cities. I would say the life in Russian big cities is much more comfortable than in Thailand though the climate in some areas like Eastern or Northern part of Russia is tough. There are often no differences between life in the Russian big cities and life in Western Europe.

What are most Russians doing here and how are they financing themselves?
Some of them living an idle life, some of them working remotely. Some of them working remotely, some of them have pre-saved capital, some of them are funded from abroad. Some of them stay for years (elite, student, retirement, tourist visas), some of them stay for 3 months of visa free period, some of them come on package chartered tours especially in winter. No. Half of people (less or more) don't support the war - why should they fight at it? They think it is not protective war for Russia so no remorses for them...

‘Russian-only’ businesses in Thailand’s Phuket spark backlash
I don't think so. But it depends which part of Russia to get to Thailand from. From Moscow you can get hot deal for return airtickets on charter flights to Turkey for 130 USD, but to Phuket it's 300 USD - on "pirates travel" website. (regular flights two times more expensive but much more safe and reliable). Simple accommodation rent in Thailand is cheaper than in Moscow, food prices are maybe the same. But the main problem with Thailand as long stay destination is the huge visa expenses not affordable for most of ordinary Russians. As for a short package tour Dubai /Turkey/Egypt are much more cheaper than Thailand if to travel from Moscow (for Siberian and Far East Russian cities yes - Hainan, Vietnam, Thailand are the the most cheap short beach holiday destinations). Anyway I think as mobilization is looming more and more Russians who can afford it will be going abroad including to Thailand - the political factor cannot be written off.

No, you are wrong. From March 2007 Russian citizens get visa exempt entrance into Thailand (30 days).

5-6k condominium near bts/mrt and near mall?
Also try to search it on Airbnb. I think there is an advantage often not to pay a 1-2 months deposit to the owner compared to other ways of renting.
