Wow. You can measure corruptions? How do they conduct the survey? Who do they do the survey with? The officials who took the bribes are stupid enough to disclose the truth? How do they know how many corruptions there are? Amazing Thailand. It amazes me what they can do there. cheesy.gif.pagespeed.ce.HaOxm9--Zv.gifcheesy.gif.pagespeed.ce.HaOxm9--Zv.gifcheesy.gif.pagespeed.ce.HaOxm9--Zv.gif

Ok. Educate yourself I would say. Start here: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/709899-thailands-corruption-perception-index-cpi-worsens/

That's a very enlightening article. (hahaha) I learn so much from it. When I see the word 'perception', I cannot help myself, but smile. cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

While Thailand is having problems with EU and US, I think it's a good time for its competitors like Vietnam and other countries to step up and take over the markets there.

Good idea.... as there is a democratic government & no human trafficking problems in Vietnam.

But in reality...it comes down to as a buyer from the west..are you going to buy from a country that has a poor government or because you can get goods cheaper.

They will buy from a country that has less complications with the export products. Cheaper price is good, but not when the buyers have to go through all the hoops to get the products in the country.

What does this article have to do with human trafficking and military coups in Thailand which I think most people consider very, very bad things.

    Everything, pib!

You see, thailand was called out on something they're good at (which is inherently dirty) - and with that the thai people (not all, though) feel ashamed and angry. So what else to do other than write an article which channels a tantrum?

She is probably in her lair writing an exciting part two to this 'article'.

Of course - our military coup makes 95% of Thai people happy your democracy and obama make 54% of Americans miserable - who should feel ashamed and angry - stop being holier than thou it already cost you Vietnam!!

95% of Thai people happy? Where do you get your facts from? I hope it's not from the less than 1500 people survey. You're not smoking dopes or anything before you write this, right?

  4. The main problem is the students do not have a chance to use the language. They are afraid to speak and embarrass themselves. I have a Vietnamese friend who is good with chatting in English. His speaking and listening skills were poor. I made him read the news out loud and corrected his pronunciation along with it. It took us a while. Once he gained his confidence, he was able to interact with other people.
