Is Thailand going to war? First the subs and now the missiles.
-
Usually takes 5 mins? Are you kidding me? hahahaha I guess he is used to VIP service and never have to wait in line to realize the true timing.
-
I guess Thailand never heard of Sixth Sigma.
-
Last month we waited in the queue close to 3 hours. It was so unorganized. I swear to myself that I will avoid Don Mueang at all cost.
-
I felt the same way as the OP. I went to Bangkok couple weeks ago. It's not lively and unsafe to go out at night now.
-
Let's start in the military camp first.
-
I always feel that it's an act of someone who wants the junta to stay in power. Citizens were complaining about the economy and the drop of support from the citizens. They try to stir the attention away and make citizens feel the need for the junta to remain in power due to unrest.
-
What year are we living in now? Is Thailand still in Stone Age?
-
What would happened if the so called "good persons" became bad? Or the next military persons in control are the rotten apples?
-
The benefits of buying the submarines do not out weight the investment in other areas. China does not become 2nd world largest economy by simply purchasing the military weapons. They focus on developments and businesses first. Weaponry comes later after they become a rich nation.

They should be better regulated and not banned. Why don't they zone it and regulate properly? Collect the fees from these vendors. Then use those money to create more jobs like hire more health inspectors and workers to monitor the zoning. Give them clear rules and guidelines. Violators will be restricted to sell.
-
The only thing that makes me feel safe walking around at night is seeing these vendors on the street at night. It will be a major atmosphere change. What a great way to chase away travelers and make life more difficult for the poors. Talking about hitting two birds with one stone. Great job!

When it's related to cleaning up sex industry in Thailand, many foreigners jump in to the topic like their house is on fire. LOL

Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!Thank you thaivisa....made me start my Monday morning in all giggles and laughter. As far as I know, the finishing of the Songkran Holidays beckons a lot of people realising that they cannot return to their jobs and are now unemployed as many small businesses, SMEs, ect have simply shut down their operations and just the long Songkran break to simply close up. I personally know two factories in Chonburi and one large factory in Samut Prakarn that is close as the owners decided to simply run away to Vietnam. (Two Auto-parts manufacturers and one a plastic product manufacturer). Then also I know of 3 shops at Central Embassy that are not renewing their leases this May and another 2 at Central world and 2 at Mega Bangna. Most of the staff are not even aware of what the owners are contemplating. I know of 4 hotels in Bangkok are that up for sale as the owners are simply wanting to cut their loses and clear their debts with the banks.
I don't know where Thaivisa is getting their information. I believe in your information more. It coincides with what the people who work daily are saying. People are having a hard time. Thai medias are being controlled. We rarely hear anything bad about the military government.

Everyone should know by now. Even the sky falls, Thailand will not be affected.
-
Did someone use up the commission money already? Why do they keep insisting?
-
The old guys come to Thailand for sex with younger girls are okay. This older woman marrying a young man is not?
-
Is this any difference than the rice scheme? At least the government get the rice. This one is simply free offering.

Tourists would stay away from Thailand at the moment. Thai people nationwide are in a mourning period. Vacation is supposed to be uplifting and fun. Tourists would not like to be in that kind of environment.
-
This is a proof that this Junta government is afraid of pro democracy.
China: Send him back.
Thailand: Yes, Master!
-
IMO, It's a matter of saving face. They want to show their grand arrival to Hawaii and not be looked down upon as VIPs from Thailand.
-
Ahuh. It's a nice way to get money out of tourists. If the criminal don't want you to tract them, you think they will carry the SIM with them wherever they go? Those communication company must have given whoever in charge a nice bonus.
-
How naive can he be? As long as greed exists, corruption will never go away in any country. Keep dreaming.

A few days ago they made a big news like it's some sort of an accomplishment for Thailand. Now they put out this type of news. This certainly helps attracting buyers on these expensive condos.
