Did you ever question why these people were not taking shelter in the extensive tunnels that Hamas built, just to protect themselves? When rockets are fired at Israel, sirens go off, alerting people to immediately to go into shelters or 'safe rooms', hence minimising casualties. Wonder why Hamas didn't think of this basic, fundamental plan for Gaza? Is it because they couldn't care less about Gazan civilians - only themselves? That would surely increase the % of civilian deaths.

And it's NOT the Israelis. They have been killing terrorists, whereas Hamas were delighted to kill civilians in most barbarous ways. It's obvious in ANY war that civilians get killed. How many civilians were killed in Dresden under Allied bombing? How many civilians were killed when H-bombs were dropped on Japan? Oh, you don't care to mention those because it wasn't Israelis doing the killing.
