I did clearly say that it was Hamas's 'facts'. They are renowned liars and manipulate figures and facts to suit themselves. This includes their assertion that 25,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza. Do they ever mention how many of those are their own terrorists? No. They clearly infer that they are ALL civilians & mostly women & children, at that!! Why have they not built 'safe room's or air-raid shelters for them over the many years and with the billions of dollars in 'aid' they have received to help protect their civilians? Instead, their leaders stole most of the money to live in luxury in Qatar, or built tunnels under Gaza for their terrorist activities. They couldn't care less for their own Palestinian people. They are just used as pawns and to enable Hamas to spread false propaganda about them.

I would suggest we wait until the fighting is over and then the casualty toll might become clearer. The 'fog of war' is still dense there.

Israel has not occupied Gaza since they unilaterally withdrew ALL their forces & civilians from there in 2005!! Gaza has received billions of $ in international aid since then but their 'elected Govt', Hamas, has used all that money to build tunnels, arm themselves, whilst their leaders live in luxury in Qatar, instead of looking after their own people - the Gazan people, who are just used as pawns in order to influence weak-minded people, into believing that everything is Israel's fault. So, you think that Hamas, the 'elected' Govt of Gaza, only want peace and the best way of getting that is slaughtering & capturing innocent Israeli women & children, do you???? So, it's a major screw-up to call for the release of the Gaza hostages????? Please explain? As for 'trafficking Thais to Israel' - that's one of the most stupid and false comments I've heard. The Thai's who go to Israel, or elsewhere for work, where the pay is 6 times higher than in TH, go voluntarily and are happy to go. They are able to send money back to their families in Isaan & a number of those that returned to TH after the tragedy of 7th October, have already returned to Israel to continue earning 'good' salaries. Btw, the Israeli ambassador has visited many of the families of their murdered loved-ones and has given 'compensation' to those families - even though they were killed by Hamas and not Israel. I think she's done/doing a great job in very difficult circumstances.

Thanks for that BUT it still doesn't answer my question of WHY the Govt. needs any other country's permission to pay its own citizens whatever they like?!!! I understand the UK blocks pension increases for most of its foreign based nationals but this 'reciprocity' nonsense is just an excuse. If the UK Govt. wanted to pay it's nationals 1,000GBP per month, it could do, without any other country's permission - couldn't it???
