let me guess, your part of the Uncle Too comedy troupe. This clueless jerk should have been on the streets of Bangkok a year ago when civil war was about to break out.
At that time Thailand was being run by the intrenched Shinawatra clan whose corrupt schemes were mind-boggling.

How hard would it be for TAT to adjust the figures, tourism will go through the roof.
Don't worry. If THAI doesn't comply by June 2, they won't have landing rights at any foreign airports that are under the jurisdiction of the ICAO and you won't be able to book with THAI anyway. If THAI airlines don't comply with International Safety standards - and from all reports they do not - then passengers should book with a safe airline.
I wrote to THAI this week and said that unless I was assured an Internationally Accepted Safety ruling - with no ifs or buts - I would cancel my family's July trip - even though it means a loss of the fares.
These "functionaries" of THAI do not have the right to play with lives of passengers and crew, nor to destroy what little reputation THAI have left.
if THAI doesn't comply by June 2, they won't have landing rights at any foreign airports that are under the jurisdiction of the ICAO
If that should happen, which is a possibility, that will send Thailand into a tailspin of economic disaster that will take years to recover from.

My apologies for offending you with my English as it was not intended and I didn't realised that this was an English test. My I suggest you report me to the moderators for my English and request my post is removed."Once a democratically-elected government is in place, we will look forward to renewing official engagement."
Pretty clear I think, give the country back to the people and we will talk. Guess the propoganda lies, and cow poop didn't work on foreign diplomats like it does on some here. Prayuth the world still isn't embracing you or dropping at your feet to praise the almighty Lord and master. You may have to take a totally different path.
Did you manage to notice how he also said, 'Free and fair elections' and also stressed the importance of the reform process ?.
He clearly approves of the reform process before elections where candidates can campaign without getting shot or the people are bribed with unsustainable populist policies. Just the opposite of what you thought - but hey, you didn't do bad considering English is clearly your second language.
Again my deepest and most sincere apologies for my post not meeting your required standard.

would the prized free agents have to wait until the end of the year or could they go mid season and play finals.Mid season draft is an interesting idea.
Imagine you were a club with goal kicking issues but on the cusp of making the finals. Your top forward has been injured in round 4. out for the season
Mid way through the season you recruit yourself a top forward from a rival club
The club you recruit the forward from then goes from being near the finals to missing out
Your club makes the finals

So what I learned from this announcement is that sexual assault is an accident (their words) caused by women wearing inappropriate clothing. Now I understand.
Yep you can go out and grab a handfull of all the muff you you like and if they complain, just say it is her fault as she is beautiful and appealing. Case closed now where is the next woman.

AFL Football Operations Manager Mark Evans says a mid-season draft 'has merit'
AFL Football Operations Manager Mark Evans says a mid-season trade period "has merit" but admits he'd be hesitant to sign off on any change.
Speaking on Sports Today, Evans told Gerard Healy and Dwayne Russell he could see some positives in tinkering with the current system but that clubs would be against losing players mid-season.
"My position, when I was at a club, was that I'm not sure I'd want to lose that intellectual property off my list to go to some other list," the former Hawthorn general manager said on 3AW.
"I'd be very reluctant to trade out.
"You wouldn't want it to be done for that reason.
"But I do accept it's worked in some other sports and I don't think we should be against having that debate."
Mitch Brown and James Magner both impressed during the NAB Challenge while playing as top-up players for Essendon and Evans said he'd much prefer a system that gave players not already on an AFL list a second chance.
"To me, that's got more merit," he said.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, when everyone else at school doesn't want to talk to you then you ask the others who have been shunned to play and hope and pray they say yes. Without these communist countries and dictatorships Thailand wouldn't have anyone to talk to at the moment.Didn't the Russian economy go to crap? I thought I just read that the Chinese economy was coming to a grinding halt....http://news.yahoo.com/video/sluggish-chinese-economy-111800940.html

Geez I thought it would have gone down with the removal of so many street vendors. Everyone seems to have a t.v attached so they can watch soaps whilst trading.

"Only God can tell you that"
Unfortunately Mr Prayuth is in the toilet at the moment so we can't ask him.

They were Rangers a Corp of the Army. The killers were not soldiers, they were "paramilitary" as in vigilantes.
The military apparently allows these "security" agents to operate independently in the South without military supervision to terrorize the population into submission. An appology from the Junta is meaningless until it stops its military occupation of the South. But now with the military conquest of the North, the military is unlikely to use a lower profile in the South and this mistake is as likely to occur ANYWHERE in Thailand.

Hello Thailand, is there anyone home? You can't compromise on safety. The world has an entirely different attitude and you can't just slap a bit of sticky tape on it and say it will be right, no problem good tape made in Thailand.

No excuse in planting weapons on them. How many other times throughout the years in Thailand has the military done this to cover up killings?

Buy your water from the vending machines or get it free from the moat, let me guess what most will do.

The odd one may have.First thing that came to my mind is: If it happened to be a man, they wouldn't have received him with hugs and that kind of stuff after getting him out of the car.

Ben Cousins in the poop again. Warrant issued for his arrest after failing to turn up for court. This guy will never learn.

Agree 100%. He should because is definately not a diplomat and will never be cut out for the job.The General can't win. If he listens to these so-called fortune tellers he is shot down, and if he tries to stop them he is attacked as well. He should just chuck it in and go shopping.

well then I guess Thaksin didn't personally pull the trigger in the war on drugs either, he was only the P.M like Prayuth is head of the Junta. Both cleared then. Personally I believe they are both responsible as the leaders. Can't wait for the prayuth apologists and the usual but Thaksin. They will find a way to blame Thaksin for Prayuth's cockup. Yes Thaksin is a lowlife before you call me a red, Prayuth and Thaksin are equals.
" Prayuth's cockup ?" Did he pull the trigger, or give specific instructions to 'execute' innocents?
Did you notice in the article that Lt Gen Prakarn Chollayut was the officer commanding? He is man enough to accept the panel's findings and has apologised to the families to the family of the victims. Before people start jumping up and down about the apology, I suggest we wait for the 'second edition' of updated news when no doubt a settlement will be offered to the families - which again will not bring back the dead but seems to be the norm in these situations.
It is a tragedy. The soldiers are under pressure, but IMO there can be no defense by those who tried to cover up and distort the facts - they should be brought to task.

But, but the junta would never do anything like that, they are as pure as snow, it was the reds who planted the guns. The apology is a good sign, and should at least dilute the vitriol that is bound to hit the fan down south. This is the second time in seven months the army killed civilians and then put guns nearby, or in the case of the little boy last year, the volunteer ranger actually put the gun in his dead hand.
To me it sounds like the PM General is trying to control his army better, and knows how to do it.

He doesn't need him any more because as he said to the ABC journalist, "I know everything."
