That acceptance should also include that it is not only acceptable but is also a right to display one's country's flag. Very few people seem to object about people marching around carrying other countries' or movements' flags! Anybody that is offended by our national flag should feel quite free to leave the UK!

I know quite a few people that come out 2 or 3 times a year for extended periods, they have well-paying jobs and don't have to work the full year.

I actually avoid walking past a school in the morning where the policeman operates a crossing patrol for the students. No honking, but not a quiet environment due to the constant, deafeningly loud blasts from the policeman's whistle!
