Would anyone have an updated list and experience of the requirements needed for an extension based on marriage(Non O) at Jomtien Immigration? These vary from province to province. I would like to avoid making more than the necessary trips. For example; how many pictures, witnesses, which documents and how many copies, etc...? I looked it up online but there is a lot of contradicting and outdated information. Thank you.

I am interested in applying for an extension based on marriage(Multi Non-O). My local immigration office is Jomtien. Does the 400k need to be in a separate bank account or can I use the account I make withdrawals from weekly, as long as the amount never goes under 400k? My Multiple Non-O expires in May, if I apply for a 60 day extension due to the travel restrictions, am I still eligible to apply for marriage 1 yr extension within the 60 days?

One of my dogs who is 7 yrs old, has been treated for seizures for the last 3 yrs, they are becoming more frequent and worse. In Pattaya, the doctor who treated him for the last 3 yrs, agreed that it was our decision and that the time the dog has no quality of life, we will know and he would provide this service. That time has come, unfortunately we will not go back up North for a couple of months, at our usual place of residence . I am looking for advice as to who would provide a humane ending to his suffering in the Phuket area? I do not want to go from vet to vet being refused. Please send a pm, if you know. Thank you.

Done it many times. You should check airbnb, agoda, booking.com etc...and filter out the hotels that accept pets. Ibis hotel chain accepts pets. We travel with 2 and sometimes three, so with one it should be much easier. It is a struggle sometimes but not impossible if you do your research before hand. Happy travelling!

Yes, you can. there is a train station at the airport and trains leave every 10 mins to Amsterdam CS(Central Station). There are lockers to store your bags. Tickets are around 10 EUROS for a return journey. Train ride takes around 15 mins. For the canal tours, there are several next to the train station, in front and and also to the right...

If you really want to dedicate yourself to Surfing, then Bali. Thailand has mostly moderate surf for a short period of time of the year. Having said that, you could easily find a place in Thailand which would tick your boxes and take short trips to Sri Lanka, Maldives, Philippines, Indonesia for surfing. What you are looking for doesn't exist, you must adapt and find alternative solutions. As a jump off platform to do Surf trips, Thailand is not bad. If you are really passionate about Surf, move to Indonesia.

The dearly beloved wants to buy a house from a housing development, which is already well established and almost sold out. We have put down a deposit, however I noticed on the back of the Chanote, it is owned by the bank. The nice lady, at the Sales office also wants us to pay half of the amount before we go to the Land office, which I do not agree with. The whole amount should be paid(cashiers cheque) at the time of signing at the land office, in the presence of all parties involved, therefore the bank representative as well. Am I correct? I wanted to make this straightforward but might need a lawyer(liar)...Any recommendations?

Technically in 1995, a Suzuki Carribean which I rented then flipped and destroyed in Samui on the way back to Chaweng from Chong Mon beach. It was my first time in Thailand, I thought I had insurance and with pressure from the Police and confiscated passport...I "bought" the remains of the Carribean. My first truly owned vehicule, was a brand spanking new Isuzu Spacecab SL in 1997. I never got plates for it and sold it within 6 months.
