OP - get the meter checked for accuracy.  My condo with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three adults and four a/c units cumulatively runs about 35 hours of a/c per day at 27 degrees. PEA bill is 3k to 3.5k baht per month depending on season.

I believe the underground lottery is way bigger than the government lottery, probably 4x or 5x. And the payout is much higher.

My understanding is that Class 1 is the only class that covers you for no third party collision.  i.e you drive over a cliff, they will repair or replace.  Class 2 and you're on your own.

I understand water getting between paint and concrete at the front of the balcony, then spreading over the horizontal part of the beam.

But how does the water climb again at the inside of the beam, then start further spreading over the ceiling?

Seriously, capillary action of water defies gravity. That's how plants and trees absorb water from the soil and transport it to their uppermost leaves and branches. Hold a sheet of tissue paper vertically and gently touch the surface of a glass of water and see what happens - that's capillary action, and your concrete is the tissue paper.  

Your paint problem is a combination of poor paint preparation, and poor building design that allows water to wick from the outer wall when it rains. Repaint everything correctly, and install a wicking barrier to prevent it happening again.

The kid probably has more square footage in relation to body size than many expat's studio condos.

I would imagine the (presumably)Israeli pilot's response to a dubious instruction to deviate his flightpath over Yemen or Syria would have been something like "far cough, Noddy".

If it has a floorboard, it's a scooter. 

As a Bolt frequent flyer, I must have ridden on the back of every brand of scooter available in Thailand. The two with the most comfortable suspension are the Forza and the Scoopy.

The Forza is very difficult to dismount as a passenger - I do a reverse handspring off the back - often with a half-twist depending on the level of intoxication. 

The least comfortable are the Click and the Wave. Especially when they inflate the tyres to 60psi.

She will make a cashflow "profit" until the gas tank is empty.  The list of wealthy taxi drivers is extremely short.
