hard to say Andy. Right now we have rain in Krabi most evenings and by June it could be similar. Usually a once a day rainful at a fairly predictable time. Around 6pm. Bring a rain jacket, it's still fun!

I realise this may be a difficult one but...... well it's something I sort of thrive on - food for the brain. Where do you all get yours? I am geographically challenged so decent conversations face to face are few. And when they do come, it's a tourist who is leaving tomorrow!!!! Right now I read the Telegraph, The Independent and The Guardian online.

I particularly enjoy the biographies, interviews, opinion pieces, book sections etc.

Anyone know of any other good sources on the web for reading?

Go to Ao Chalong in Phuket and walk right to the end of the road on the left. In front of The Lighthouse Bar there are speed boats galore. Ask one of the Thai guys.

The Racha - a very expensive resort on the island has private speed boats for guests.

Sheryl stay at the back bay in either Jungle Bungalows or something View Bunglaows. - 6-700 baht a night. On the same beach there is a small Reggae bar and the owner Max will help with any further questions you have. Raya is brilliant for snorkelling. Tell Max I said Hi !!!!!

the herbal compress thing is also done for a week where I live and the new mother lays on the floor, usually an elderly lady comes every day to massage Mum. Everyone helps with baby but gives back for feeding of course.

Update from Phang Nga.Krabi - torrential rain every evening at about 6pm starts in Krabi then moves into Phang Nga Bay. BIG thunder storms !!!!!!!

It's plain to see tonight on Thai telly. The Sanam Luang Rally looks REAL. The Thaksin one looks orchestrated and fake. The peeps there looked as though they came for a picnic.

I seem to have it worse in these months after new year. True about the house, old wooden house, dusty and all sorts of insects etc. now my "sickness" is in a pattern - as soon as I sit up in the morning I start to cough all the crap up that must have been dripping down all night. towards late afternoon getting less. By evening almost no cough. I don't understand it !!!!!!!! I have a lot of post nasal dripping which is hel_l. Tiffy helps but makes me feel quite weird!!!!!!
