Took me a while to write something. Its not breaking news is it ---it happened on the 23rd of march , what happened too embarrassed to publish it. Probably saved up on their pension for a trip to Thailand..... So sad. Resting in peace is unfortunately all they can do, its a shame they cant haunt the bastard.

In all my travels around the world Ive never seen a little house with air conditioning built at traffic lights so the police can watch telly. I saw an accident at Pattaya Klang and third and the police never even came out. I saw a police laughing his head off at an old guy that could not stand up after getting out of his farm truck. You can make as many laws as you want and nothing will happen.

The police are doing an excellent job , they patrol the roads near me stopping all crash helmet violations on tourists that have no helmets. Thais dont have any money so whats the point in stopping them. Plus the ban of alcohol is a good idea but I have a non immigrant visa so It should be OK for me and I can ask for a beer in Thai so they may not notice.

Any way if you go to Jomtien beach they serve beer no matter what holiday it is, drink with Thais.

Don't get all hot and bothered over it. Uk has only 36 hours of reserve gas left and its snowing. There there does that make things feel better now

Funny you should mention charity. We had a fellow in real bad shape here with nothing and no one. We tried to get help from the British Consulate and zilch nada go sleep in the street. Fortunately there was a member of a Christian organization who stepped in and helped him get back to England.

Ive lived in Pattaya 23 years .--I don't know him. Maybe because I never needed help from the Uk government or ever needed to get out of jail or had visa trouble. Ive never heard of the Royal British legion, what the hell is that.

It's about time they shut Pattaya down..

It's not Pattaya that should be shut down, it's the small minority of scum who live and frequent the place who should be jailed. There are plenty of decent people who visit Pattaya, and plenty of decent people who spend their time in the bars. Like I said, as long as no one is hurt or made to do anything against their will.

Pattaya is one of the very few places apart from Angeles that the foundations were built by women laying on thier backs. Both were 100% American instigated for the entertainment of American forces.

Those who think the baht will fall further can bring the money here and get 2.9% after tax. A high baht does nothing for the country either exports or tourism. The Government want the banks to step in and control it but the banks prefer a high baht. It makes you wonder who is in charge here.

Well it says one visa for both, but your saying its not so and I, as a resident visa and multiple entry holder --the prime number one visa you can have will need another visa. So what is this one vise for both about then.

It says single visa for both countries. Whats the problem. If you have a visa for Thailand or Cambodia it is the same for both. I understand it as no more vise bounces to Cambodia. If you have a visa for one you can travel to the other.

If you have 15 days left of a 1 month to Thailand then you have 15 days left in Cambodia.

Thailand does not --and quite rightly care about visa bouncers.

If you have enough money then you get a retirement --if your not old enough then fly to Singapore. if you cant afford that then go home.
