Phrom Phong has the worst traffic in the city. If traffic is a concern, it's the last place I'd pick. 

Centralworld isn't bad. You have a lot of amenities super close. I live about 25min walk from Centralworld but in the opposite direction to you

The problem with croc meet is there are only a few good cuts. You want to get the filets. They are still extremely lean, so you have to be real careful when you cook. Very similar to chicken breast. 

Its great of you slow cook it in a croc pot or cook with sous vide. I typically sous vide mine.

honestly, you are far better off just getting a gym membership for a proper gym. 

the only condo I would recommend is Ascott Sathorn. It is a serviced apartment with a high quality gym and a lot newer and nicer than Waterford (if you can afford it). 

Again, I'd say getting a nice condo + a nice gym is a lot easier than getting a nice condo with a nice gym
