Was this the market with the cheap sushi and popular with Thai uni crowd? I used to take a ferry across to a market on thonburi side with my gik and visit there often, but haven't been in years

I have a luxury condo in the middle of the city for 10,000thb. Next door I have local restaurants and street food to eat for 30-50thb. My water bill comes out to less than 100thb a month.

BKK is still very well priced overall, but you need to adapt a bit to fully take advantage. I've cut back big time on wine while im here as wine prices are outrageous as an example.

They are currently renovating the footpaths across phetchaburi between asoke and klongtan

Same style as sukhumvit. Hopefully moving the cables underground also

You have to account for days off, holidays, sick days, churn etc. 

What if one is on holiday and one quits, then one gets covid and can't come into work? Does this guy now need to spend more of his 90k a month to hire daily contractors to fit the gaps? 

The skillset here is not for a dishwasher and I'm not sure there is enough skin in the game vs risk here for any budding manager. 

Looks to be more of a publicity stunt.

Noone wants to spend their 2 weeks of holiday from work in a hospital, regardless of whether the cost is covered or not.

also sales taxes are double taxes. Its a tax on the consumer, where you have already paid tax on your hard earned money. it also disproportionally affects low income households as the flat % tax is a lot more to them.

Yes but you don't need to go to immigration. All you need to do is drop your passport off at Elite Visa's office and they will go to immigration on your behalf.
