Life in the UK test or obtain ESOL level 4.
As 7 by 7 says entry level 4 is not needed on ilr form it says entry level 3 , but as 7 by 7 also says:- If one's English is not at entry level 3, or better, then one merely has to progress from one level to the next; entry level 1 to entry level 2 will do it, provided the course includes citizenship materials as well. This is correct as my wife had entry level 2 and then progressed to entrly level 3.

If she has ilr she can claim benifits etc and not be sent back to bkk,so not problem. She can remain Indefinitely, Even though her marriage has now broken down.
If she has flr she can still claim benifits for children. And she will have to speak tp home office,Citizens Advice Bureau,Etc.
Has there been any domestic abuse from her husband ?If husband has caused any domestic Abuse?or being Voilent then she can apply for ILR. due to that, and Citizens Advice Bureau will hlep with that.
And as other's have said :-She cannot be forced to leave as the Children have the right of abode, and a mother cannot, as
others have stated, be force ably removed from her children unless she maltreats them (which is
obviously here not the case).

Hi there thats a good list you got, as mentioned Do not put a large sum in to her bank account as said it will get the ECO's bells ringing. From what you have said i would do it agian yourself and not use an agency as you seem to know what is what and you will feel better when you sucide knowing that you did it not a agency, also i feel that the ECO's are more favorable when agency's not used. (JUST MY OPION) But if you do use an agency make sure like THAI VISA EXPRESS says (ensure they have proven ability and are registered with the OISC )
Anyway mate all the best pete

Hi there i would apply as soon as she is eligble before the government decide to make more money from us by putting fee's up. I.E anytime after the 3 years is ok.

Hi there
I would make sure she has a certified copy, as they will need it for their records.I would not rely on embassey etc to copy for you,When my wife did her settlement visa she had all the copies ready for them.
( You could piss them off if they have to get up out off the chair to many times)
