  1. Rod Stewart's rendition of (I Know) I'm Losing You off of his '71 Every Picture Tells A Story LP.
  2. And I now can't help but think of Rare Earth's stunning version of The Tempations classic (I Know) I'm Losing You off of their '70 Ecology album. Another long player.
  3. Here's the comeback to that tune. Rare Earth's John D. Loudermilk classic Tobacco Road off of that same fine '69 Rare Earth album.
  4. Now there's a man after my own heart. Full versions ONLY. The above must include The Chambers Bros. full length version of the title track of their '67 Time Has Come Today LP to properly round out the psychedelia. I mention every time I post it for those who don't know that during their instrumental at the 5:31 mark they play the classic riff of The Little Drummer Boy.
  5. Debut US album. The Rolling Stones - England's Newest Hit Makers, released 30 May 1964. Not Fade Away was the only song not appearing on the UK album.
  6. One track per every Rolling Stones studio album. Debut UK album, The Rolling Stones, released 16 April 1964. Mona (I Need You Baby) was the only song appearing on the UK album which was not on the US album.
  7. Okay, I see the connection now. The Only Living Boy In New York and The Only Living Boy In New Cross. I love the free associative thought. It's fun to do with songs.
  8. Led Zeppelin with a video version of All My Love from their '79 In Through The Out Door album. Edit: Cannot be viewed if you're under 60.
  9. It's astounding what one can find on YT. BTW, for those interested there's an on-line downloader which I use that can save files in different formats, both video and audio only . . . mp3, WAV, m4a, FLAC, etc., and video from 360p all the way to 8K (although the quality is dependent on the available quality of the YT video).
  10. Marc Bolan of T.Rex performs his hit single "Children of the Revolution" at Apple Studios in London, England during March of 1972. Guest stars include Ringo Starr on drums and Elton John on piano. This clip was taken from the movie "Born to Boogie", which was officially released on December 18th, 1972.
  11. Bill Withers performing I Can't Write Left Handed off of his '73 Live At Carnegie Hall LP.
  12. Simon & Garfunkel in the midst of an 80's new wave rival? 55555555555 Nice selections, RuamRudy. The Cure with Fascination Street off of their '89 Disintegration release.
  13. One more "treat" from Santana. Treat performed live off of the same Live At The Fillmore '68 double CD.
  14. Santana and blues, you ask? Santana performing a nasty blues number, As the Years Go Passing By. Off of their Live At the Fillmore '68 CD released in '97.
  15. Tanglewood was a great concert. 1 hour & 27 minutes of sheer joy. I couldn't find it anywhere so downloaded it as a FLAC file from YT.
  16. There's an old axiom that goes "there is no such thing as a stupid question." I'm having doubts as to the absolute truth of that adage.
  17. “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.” ― Albert Einstein
  18. "me? nothin'" 555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555 I know you're just pullin' my leg so I don't take it seriously.
  19. I would have added: "For better or worse." Seeing as how a lot of folks are willing to live with even the worst bankrupt ideas imaginable as long as they believe them to be true.
  20. You've been fooled. They're images. On a white background. Just goes to show that things aren't always what they seem to be. What else gotcha fooled?
  21. And another great cover by an unknown. This guy has a fantastic voice. His version was inspired by Disturbed's version.
  22. That's one of the excellent covers I referred to. Here's another by Nouela released as a single in 2018. It's set to a pretty powerful video of emotional pain, too.
