I took a TM30 to immigration in Pattaya/Jomtien.

They told me the next time I could do it on line and gave me the instructions (in Thai).

I set up an account with immigration and report on line. I make a copy of the screen where I reported.

So far I haven't had any problems.

I would recommend chatting with the person responsible at immigration and see what they say.

Vicious dogs should certainly be terminated.

The government does need to change its perspective as there is a fine for hurting a dog but there seems to be none for dogs hurting humans.

People do leave food in other people's neighborhoods to feed the packs of stray animals that cause problems.

It would be nice if instead of feeding they would adopt a dog or two and take them home.

It is possible the driver did not see the dog.

If all the dog lovers would adopt these dogs and keep them out of the streets instead of feeding them in someone elses neighborhoods and letting them run free everyone would be safer including the dogs.

The above is correct. I have maintained a Bangkok Bank account in Thailand and transferred funds from my U.S. bank through the Bangkok Branch in NYC to my Thailand account using the instructions in the Bangkok Bank website.

My credit union several years ago decided they would no longer transfer funds Internationally so I opened an account with Chase.

I have ordered many times from Lazada. The last time I ordered a graphics card for my computer. The supplier send one that had been opened and obviously sold previously. It didn't work so I sent it back to Lazada the next day. They said they had to send it to the vendor for approval. It took about 6 weeks and a lot of emails to get my refund. During that time my Master Card was paid even though I complained to the bank. That damaged my respect for Lazada.

Instructions (in Thai) were given to me during a visit to Chonburi Immigration to register a guest.

I was able to register and use the system on line.

I leave a key with a trusted friend and advise the condo management that he has a key.

They check it for me periodically.

I would have gone to the nearest police station and ask them to make a report.

I'm not sure the police are really interested. I've read that the first guy to go to the police is considered to be right.

We were cut off once by a large truck. Five guys got out shouting we were at fault. The policeman came and only marked the street with chalk.

We called our insurance who sent a man who surveyed the situation and told them they were at fault.

I have ordered a lot from Lazada. Most purchases had no problem. The biggest problem is returning items. I ordered a video card which when received the seal had been broken. The card did not work and the CD that came with the card was scratched. . I returned it to Lazada as soon as their system would issue a return order. The refund took over a month. They sent it back to the supplier and waited for him to OK the refund. I won't buy anything expensive from Lazada again but will buy the smaller items.

I have 200,000 with Bangkok Bank in a long term savings account that secures my credit cards. I was told at one of the branches that I can use the 200,000 but would have to surrender my credit cards.

The bank has included the 200,000 as part of my 800,000 requirement in past years.

I have done my taxes by hand since I was 16 but have used the tax program for almost 20 years.

The Bangkok Branch in New York does not open accounts.

I have an account with Chase Bank in the U.S. and deposit monies into my Thailand Bangkok Bank account using the NYC routing numbers and my Thailand account numbers.

The charge is for a domestic transfer. The money goes to the NYC Bangkok Bank and ends up in a US$ account in Thailand. It doesn't have to be a US$ account but I use it so I can convert the money when the exchange is good.

The Bangkok Bank website gives details for using the NYC Branch.

I don't think I would pay them anything more than I already paid.

I would just leave the bikes in the road. I've had them park on both my front and rear bumper when I was the only car in the block.

They told me it wasn't necessary to trot down to Immigration - just open an account and input on line.

The website is in Thai but a translation tool might be helpful.
