  1. Hopefully the cops are here to trainthe local force to combat the domestic scene.......this is by far the biggest part of the sex industry in Thailand.......its not just all those silly fat bald gits in sandals and socks u see drinking beer on the tiles of bars in Nana, Pattay etc.

I am pretty sure the UK police are here not to interfere with what Thai nationals are doing, but what their own Citizens get up to in Thailand and other Asian countries.

Lets hope they work more closely with the Asian police forces to really deter these beasts.

Any man that is willing to travel thousands of miles with the express purpose of exploiting a situation that exists in poorer countries should be taken down if there is any offence being commited. People may not be so quick to have sex with an underage child in their own country, but in certain Asian countries they think it is perfectly acceptable to do it. It is wrong.

People openly Boast about going with Asian Minors on various Internet sites, it has got to be stopped and the perps should know that will be no safe haven for this activity.

I think the regulars here know my stance on this subject, and I cannot accept any defence for people that travel the world solely to participate in the sex trade in any form. Sex tourists and their Apologists and defenders should have their passports taken away. Sick. :o:D

  2. On May 7th Chelsea will get thumped at the bridge by Charlton.

But I still think Chelsea will win the league, Charlton will win the FA Cup, Chelsea may win the Champions League too cos Charlton ain't in it .

I read today that Charlton, Newcastle and Chelsea have been invited to Asia to play in some competition in the summer. Charlton will win that too.

Scott Parker turned out to be a real good buy eh? :o

  3. Only ever lost one package in 15 years. And I wouldn't be surprised if that disappeared in the UK. I used to know a lot of PO employees back home and they told a few stories.

Yep, I knew a lot of guys that worked on the Post in the UK and these guys where robbing everything they could get away with. :o

  4. My daughter is 18 months old, i am married to thai,  i know she is too young to have land in her name. Can i buy the land for her and be the trustee.

I know that i can invest in other ways for her, just thought i would see if this is possible.

    Geordie,

Put it in your wifes name, you know it makes sense. :o

If you put it in your daughters name there will always be the ' what if's ' going through your mind, if it is in the womans name you do not have to worry about what happens if you break up. Cos you KNOW what will happen.

Just make sure you keep your car in your name , at least you can throw your golf clubs and a few shirts in the back as you drive away from the land and house you paid for. :D

  5. Dr. John, you keep saying how easy it is to get registered, to get a work permit.  Are you sure?  If it's been virtually impossible for me to get a WP when I worked for long-established GOVERNMENT schools, how can it be so easy?

So you was working without a permit ? :D

Naughty Boy/Girl, yes many work illegally, no wonder they have to crackdown on these lawbreakers. :o

  6. Good, it's about time Sex Tourism became a thing of the past and Sex tourists are made to feel ashamed instead of slapping each other on the back and bragging about exploiting the victims.    :D

I fear this thread will quickly be zapped.  :o

Maybe they should start with the Thai Nationals first. That's where most of it occurs. :D

The Thai Nationals are not Sex Tourists in Thailand.

Please stick to the topic. :D

  7. Thanks for that fellas.

I have looked inside her ear and the skin is white like a constant scab/dead tissue and occasionally she leaves a pusey green fluid on the pillow case in the morning. I worry for her so much, but she just says "no pomprem mai bpen rai everysing ok you no worry about me" crazy girl.

But I do worry that her head will rot eventually with infection if she doesn't learn to control her ear cleaning fixation.

I am going to make a concerted effort to get her to the doctor!!!

Leith, take her to The Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital, good ENT clinic there, I had an ear cleaned in december after I blocked my ear using earplugs. :o

BPH is expensive, but it's good. :D

  8. Perhaps 'The Samaritans' can open a branch office in Pattaya, there are more than enough Farang Alcoholics that are running out of money to keep them busy.

Just take a look around Pattaya, are you in any way surprised that these fine specimens of manhood get suicidal? :o

  9. If a group of so called aid workers where found to have been a group of perverts taking advantage of kids that where misplaced, you guys would be screaming :

" The thai's just let anyone stay, no checks at all, they should have registered all disaster relief workers so they knew that these people actually are doing what they are supposed to be doing"

You would have blamed the Thai's for being so lax, now they want to register foreigners you say they are wrong.

But it gives you guy's something to moan about I guess, you should be thankful for that. :o

  10. How many guys that where on Overstay used the tsunami as an exscuse?

"Oh, I am on 2 Months overstay because I was helping clean up Phuket, so I don't have to pay the 20,000 baht fine " :o ( In reality, who knows what he was doing )

I bet that was heard on more than one occasion.

It is easy for the genuine helpers to get registered with the Authorities, it helps them also to be registered, I can't see anybody that is genuine complaining about going to get a permit to state what they are doing in Thailand.

  11. Do you honestly think that if Thais went to the US to donate time, effort and money to an earthquake relief effort that the US government would make them get a work permit?  I don't think so.

The US would not even let them on the plane let alone land on US soil

    Wake up !

Right, they would not even get on the Plane in the first place.

As mentioned in some previous post, there are some farangs that would try to use the Tsunami disaster as a way to stay in Thailand illegally.

It is easy for Aid workers to get a permit so I cannot see the problem in getting one.

  12. Like the man said " If you want a work permit apply and we will give you one'

    Pretty simple ain't it ?

The law is the law, so instead of passing new laws to enable charity workers to help without a work permit in the event of a natural disaster, it is much easier for them to apply for a work permit.

Don't make new laws, just stick to the present ones.

    Makes sense to me.

  13. Has anybody here got a Vigo or a Fortuner,

I looked at the Vigo a while back but have not got round to a test drive, I also looked at the Toyota Fortuner, looks good, good interior............But has anybody got one of those models and what do you think of your motor?

I have a 1999 Toyota Tiger SR5 4WD, 2 door, but I am tempted by the new Vigo 4WD auto, very nice interior.

    Any thoughts? :o

  14. That's a great house Leith, I like your upper floor area that is yours and off limits, sometimes we need a bit of space to ourselves. Looks like you found good carpenters as well.

    Very nice.

Imagine the cost of that back in your country of Birth!!! :o:D

  15. Yes I understand that also, but my point is that Thailand and Thai people are not always to blame for the situations some farangs find themselves in, and as you can see fom my previous Post, Suicide is hardly unknown in the farang countries is it?

Google search suicide in the western world and be surprised. :o

I heard similar things from Black friends in London years ago, they would get stopped by the Police in their cars , they would complain that they are being stopped because they are Black.

I hear the same in Thailand from Farangs getting stopped by police for not wearing a Crash Helmet , people think they get stopped because they are farang, but what about all the Thai people that also get stopped, are they stopped because they are Thai?

And what about the Police stopping me at a checkpoint in London, was i stopped because I was white?

We Farangs are a minority in Thailand, minorities always feel that the majority are out to get them. It's the way it is.

Suicide is common in Farang countries, do you suspect them of being murders as well?

How many farangs on holiday commit suicide ? How many long termers?

Many farangs go to Thailand with a dream of a great life, the holiday experience that will just go on and on, many divorce their wives, give up their jobs and sell their property to chase that dream.

Eventually the money runs out, the dream is not all they thought it would be, they feel let down, they have nothing back home, No job, no home, the family disowned them, depression sets in, usually Alcohol is involved in the mix as well.

I for one am not at all surprised at the rate of suicide amongst the farangs in Thailand.
