Yep, I looked at The Fortuner in Pattaya, looks nice, roomy, smart interior, but one thing I don't understand is why they had to go for Permanent 4WD on the model.

I have a Tiger 4WD, but is is usually in 2WD but the option to go 4WD is there if needed, wonder why they opted for permanent 4WD on the new Fortuner?

The New Vigo looked a bit strange to me at first, but I do like the 4wD 4 door version. Anybody got one?

What about the young kids walking around with "f*** you w*nker" t-shirts on??

I got hammered in Isaan on Thai whiskey and lots of beer, next day I felt like sh.it, the Thai guys said " Drink some more whiskey, but only a little", I did, and It worked quite well.

  I suppose, what I am asking is where do you live and whats the pros and cons of living there?

I live in Pattaya:

Pros: close to Bkk airport, good shopping facilities, nice places nearby, nightlife ( if u want it )

Cons: Traffic, sex tourists, too many Farang losers that should have been deported years ago, too much of everything, can't cross the road easily, beach road is a disaster area, baht bus's etc etc.......

I am gonna move to Isaan, Mountains and Clean air, Pattaya was not so bad a few years ago, but it has got too busy and it cannot cope with the volume of traffic, every available piece of land seems to have a building project on it, it will get a lot worse than it is now.

Isaan di kwa, but Pattaya is good for a night out.

A policeman was asked if he gave out tickets for traffic violations.  His reply was, Not usually on the first offense .  He validated that with, It wouldn't be fair to give people a ticket for violating traffic regulations because most people don't realize there are any.

I think it may well apply to some Thai people who never took a test of any kind, but I think Farangs should be punished to the full extent of the law for Drinking and Driving, in their own countries they face possible jail terms and huge fines and a certain ban, so I think they have no exscuses.

I see so many farang in Thailand driving Cars and Motorcycles after staggering from a bar. !

I see lots of older farangs that dye their hair a red/brown colour.

It looks a bit silly and in no way natural.

White or Grey hair looks much better.

Hello Mod’s since Saturday night my time I’m 4 hours ahead of BBK time, my home computer has not been able to logon to the Forum. I was in mid topic the page froze and since then no matter what link I try I get the unable to connect. I’m sending this via my work computer, so I know my User isn’t banned. Could my I.P address be on a ban list?

I think it's a pretty low line of work..  On par with some of the boiler room losers and other sad cases. 

As if foreign men who visit Thailand and the bars are very reliable and faithful.  It's completely logical for a woman to keep her options open.

What would make me gain some respect back is if he'd offer the same service to women as well: Find out how faithful their farang boyfriend really is, for some money, or for a freebie, or pro bono.

I have over the years seen so many farang liars and cheats that I would certainly keep my options open if I was a Thai woman. When her looks start to go, her darling farang husband will be bonking every young thing in sight!!
