  1. I take some anti hystemines for sleeping. They are non addictive and have the sedative in them
  2. I know someone who did a 10 day vipasana retreat in India. One of the participants lost the plot and grabbed a policemans gun and shot himself. 10 days no talking does that to some people.
  3. Forgot I suppose. The wife ordered it. I was not thinking actually.
  4. I agree with this comment. I dont sleep well at all. Recently someone asked me to join in on indoor soccer to help the team out. I was running around for 20min and it almost killed me. I was so exhausted. I slept from 9pm to 8am solid. The best sleep I've ever had. So my advice is get off your butt and do some exercise. Wear out your body/ brain EVERYDAY.... Do not take meds.... Do not take midday naps or anything. Stay up all day and go to bed the same time. Good luck
  5. Im writing this post to see if anyone else has similar symptoms and can shed light on my digestive system. In the past I’ve had to avoid eating fatty foods as I would be woken up with severe upper body pain- dr said it was probably just heart burn after I told him what I had for dinner. Last night we had a delicious pork knuckle roast at a restaurant and I ate the pork crackling skin / fat and a lot of the meat of course. I got home and cognitive functions were groggy. I didn’t feel to well actually At 3 in the morning I woke up with fever and heart palpitations. My gut felt sick but no upper body pain/ heart burn. Recently I had a colonoscopy and had 6 large polyps cut out but no issues back from the lab. A month or so ago I remember eating some deep fried foods one night and I again woke up with hot sweats and racing heart. I have minor heart issues- cardiomyopathy and mitral valve prolapse. But why is my body not coping with fatty proteins? So obviously I cannot eat fatty foods anymore. But I remember in my 30s and 40s I could eat whatever I want with no issues. So does it mean I have something wrong or just old age? thanks
  6. My 2 cents worth on this topic is that OP has an ego and also probably forgets or doesn't understand the wai culture. If so we might have something in common. I forget all the time myself. When thais wai me I often forget to wai back. Im hoping that most thai's realise that most farangs dont understand their culture and are forgiving in this regards.
  7. What are you 90 yrs old or something. What an old fashioned way to think. OP's wife could be the bread winner in the family. My wife is. Not all of us marry bar girls....
  8. A month ago I noticed there was a screw lodged in my front left tyre. Took it to the tyre place and they pulled it out and plugged it up for 100 baht. Last week I was getting my annual service done. The guy showed me the rear left tyre also had one. I told him about the front left. He said I couldn't order the same brand and had to go for a different brand/ same size. I said I would take 2. Oh no he says 'you must replace all 4' because one cant have 2 new tyres at the front (one brand) and 2 old ones (another brand) at the rear. Is this correct or a load of bullocks? thanks
  9. Yes, it says a lot about the cities future. But it also says a lot about how smart the Central group is and the advisors it relies on. The Chanthaburi province has a very wealthy demographic- fruit and jewellery. No shortage of people with money.
  10. You should instead set up an online depository account at the perth mint and buy gold. Its guaranteed by the WA govt. They even guarantee to buy it back from you when you want to sell. I did all this and made 40% profit. Then they wired it to my thai bank account. tax free. Very professional. Highly recommend. good time to buy gold as the price has tanked recently.
  11. I would want to see that Chanote at the land office with the new owners name (ie me) before I send that crypto!!!
  12. Amusing the way you think. You really think Eth is gong to die? It has some of the smartest brains in IT working on it. Yes there might be a software bug or 2 along the way (eg Kriptokitties) but these bugs can be fixed. Do you really think these developers are so stupid that the whole ethereum ecosystem will die and be worthless?? Meanwhile you are missing out on incredible gains in ethereum price. With all the people staking at the moment and limited supply the price is only going up. When Ether2.0 goes live yes the price will tank as there will be a lot of sellers. Meanwhile you LOSE on incredible capital gains just to earn 120 euro?????
  13. bitkub is a nightmare to get verified. Best to avoid this exchange. Too strict now
